I enjoyed our stay here at Renaissance. We were able to get a good night rest before the cruise the next day. Staff at front desk was great. Let me check in a bit early so I can see the sights. The hotel was wonderful. we will stay again when we cruise out of Ft Lauderdale.

The stay was ok. The bed was sufficient for a nights stay, not sure I would want to try multiple nights. It was convenient to have the Bistro on property, but be warned, it is pricey. Overall, it was good enough for a stay the night before a cruise.

I was treated poorly when checking in . I was given no information about area and when I came back down to ask about my car and if I should just leave it in handicap spot overnight. I waited behind another couple who received a box of chocolate and papers explaining the area . I then asked about my car and was told to ask the valet . I also asked for the paperwork offer to other couple and was given a nice list of restaurants. There was also an odor on my floor which was 5th floor which I reported to management but heard nothing back. I always thought being a member of your club got you the best service but I now I think not it’s probably how you are received at check in by your staff. I am very disappointed in your hotel and staff.

Property was in very good shape and well maintained.

Everything was pretty decent. Only thing was our fridge was barely cold. The bathroom paint was chipping which was probably due to not much ventilation in the bathroom. The rooms could use sone upgrades but for one night everything was to be expected.

I loved how clean it looked in the lobby and the aesthetic of it felt inviting. My room needs to be updated in the bathroom and a little roach was found crawling around
