Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel

Stayed at the Omni for a Corporate Conference and the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and the food was truly amazing.

Only complaint: The daily housekeeping was lacking slightly but nothing awful- just not top notch & definitely not on par with what I paid

The pool was amazing

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean, and modern. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. Since we were staying before a cruise, the location was perfect for us, and downtown Fort Lauderdale was also just a short Uber ride away. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the pool on the 10th floor — absolutely amazing! We also really appreciated that it stayed open late, so we could enjoy it in the evening. We also had dinner at the sports bar and really enjoyed it. The food was good, and the service was excellent. In fact, every staff member we encountered — from the front desk and concierge to the restaurant servers — was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We truly have no complaints. The hotel made such a great impression on us that we’re already thinking about coming back to Fort Lauderdale, even if we’re not there for a cruise next time. We would absolutely stay at the Omni again!

Loved our stay at the Omni! Staff were awesome and the place was immaculate! Would highly recommend it for anyone staying a night before a cruise. We plan on returning again soon!

Great overall property

As for the service provided to the room, lack of understanding, we requested for 3 consecutive days to refill all amenities to use the bathtub. Simple mission NEVER accomplished. Call everyone incluiding housekeeping, front desk, and very one said it was going to be taking care of, impossible to make it happened. Good things also there are, the personnel at the pool outstanding service.
