The Spa It's very pricey,,, they need to work on the price, definitely, they will have more business.

Pool time is better to extend hours recommended after 10pm only adults to 12pm

Multiple times staying here and it has truly developed into my “home away from home.” The staff are always extremely friendly with quick check in, they accommodate late check out (reasonable request) and the property is truly luxurious! Though I’m native to the area, I keep returning because it has that WOW factors that other hotels just simply cannot match. This hotel is a dream and I strongly suggest you give it a try!

This Omni is top notch! Beautiful property with excellent customer service! The manager Shantel was excellent with her customer service upgraded us to a suite with a pool table! Awesome stay! Food was excellent! Pool was relaxing and had a vibe!

First, the staff deserves recognition. The concierge team, door attendants, and valet/parking staff were consistently warm, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. They made us feel genuinely valued from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and creates a sophisticated atmosphere from the lobby to the common areas. A special shout-out goes to the bar. The Banana Leaf cocktail was outstanding and easily one of the highlights of the trip. If you're staying here, it's definitely worth ordering. We stayed in a Double Queen room with a balcony. While the room itself felt relatively small considering the premium nightly rate, the private balcony and the beautiful skyline views more than made up for the limited square footage. The bathroom was a comfortable size and well-appointed; however, the shower drainage became an issue. It drained slowly on the first night and was noticeably worse by the second, making each shower progressively less enjoyable. My biggest disappointment was the cost of the additional fees. Between overnight parking and the various "destination charges," our bill increased by approximately $390 beyond the room rate. Those charges felt excessive and significantly impacted what was otherwise shaping up to be a great stay. Overall a great stay but fees and that drainage issue deserves some attention to get a solid thumbs up!

EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN, AND THE BEACH WAS NOT TOO FAR, A 12-MINUTE RIDE.

When we arrived we were directed to the wrong room. No biggie at all as it was chaos. Valet was so over filled we had to be allowed to self park. When we called for the car the next day to go out for dinner they forgot to pass along the key after scanning our ticket and we waited almost an hour for the car. When I brought the incident up to the lady at the front desk and while she sent it to her manager she was annoyed I brought it to her. Took the kids to the pool and it was so packed we had to leave which triggered the youngest. Location is prime being connected to the convention center but next year we will stay else where.

Hotel is brand new and beautiful. Staff was very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and very nice. Everything is top notch and food in restaurant is amazing! Will be staying again very soon!

Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to ensure we had a great experience. The attention to detail throughout the property did not go unnoticed, and it is clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority. The only challenge we experienced was with valet service, as wait times were often lengthy. However, despite this inconvenience, the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time at Omni Fort Lauderdale and would gladly return. If you're looking for a beautiful, upscale hotel with exceptional service and a relaxing atmosphere, this is definitely the place to stay!

The on-site restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious, and it was a great place to relax and watch one of the FIFA World Cup matches during our stay. Even with a major basketball tournament and a large doctors' convention taking place at the same time, the hotel never felt crowded or chaotic. The staff managed everything exceptionally well, making for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is new they are still working on some systems. But it is a beautiful venue.

Front Desk staff were simply amazing! Sasha from the front desk was very patient and helpful! The bellmen were also great. Loved the property, clean and beautiful! Pool views were amazing:)
