When I arrived at my room, there was no air conditioning, so I was sent to stay at another hotel. I wasn't happy about it.
-
the staff when we got to the hotel yesterday was pretty rude, the ac in the room wasn’t cold at all the entire night was horrible barely cold air coming out. in the morning darius at the front desk was wonderful help us out with our problem and got it fixed other than that the hotel was really pretty.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared because I spent three nights with almost no sleep. The hotel is in a great location, especially if you’re attending an event at the convention center. Unfortunately, everything else about my stay was disappointing. My original room was located in a different tower, very far from the main elevators. Since I was attending a conference and walking back and forth several times a day, I asked if it would be possible to move to a room closer to the elevator. The front desk accommodated my request, but the new room was directly next to what appeared to be the mechanical or engine room and beside the elevators. The constant mechanical noise was unbearable, day and night. On top of that, the bathroom plumbing made loud noises whenever water was used. Sleeping was nearly impossible. It was difficult to believe that the staff member who assigned this room was unaware of the noise, as it seemed to be a well-known issue with that location. A good location cannot make up for three sleepless nights. I hope hotel management addresses this problem so future guests don’t have the same experience.

Above and beyond customer service and the room itself was a dream. Comfiest bed and pillows ever along with a pretty view. Thank you so much!! :)

Close to shops and restaurants

The room was beautiful with an awesome bathroom and comfortablr bedding, but the room had a musty mildewy smell.

Amazing balcony room and helpful staff!

Everything was amazing
-
It is an excellent place to sleep and then get a ride to the port, however it was very chaotic because it is so centrally useful.
-
Beach transportation was unreliable. They kept us waiting with no explanation. When I asked they told me it was free….basically stop complaining it’s free. They forget I paid for resort fees that include beach travel.
-
Great location. Room was newly renovated and comfortable.
-
The Baristas and restaurant Bar staff were amazing.

While the rooms were very clean and the interior was well kept, I had trouble checking in as they couldn't find my booking I made online. It took 3 employees to finally find it, some claiming I never made the booking to begin with, even though I showed them the receipt. Everything else was great though.

Nice place, older buildings. Staff very helpful. Very overpriced for purchases on the property.
-
Great location. Well maintained although the building is kind of all. Bathrooms are clean but the door is hideous with broken handle in room 3309. Staff is great. Got me water bottles - it only took them few hours (this is great by most standards). Overall great stay - solid 4.5
