We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pier 66. The customer service was consistently top-notch throughout our visit. The hotel is beautiful, and the renovations are impressive. The food was excellent. I honestly don't have any complaints. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.

We loved everything about this property from the second we walked in the door. Gorgeous rooms with amazing views. Staff was wonderful. We were not expecting all the amenities in the room…large shower and smart toilet.
