Perroquet Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach

The location with beach and pool and parking as well as two separate rooms offering some privacy The party staying in the back room have to walk through the front room disturbing the party there

Bathroom fixtures are little below par.

An older property yes, but maintenance and cleanliness is top-notch.

Love it

Clean. Great location. Helpful staff. AC was very loud in the room.

It took awhile for us to get use to the window a/c but overall we will be coming back again sometime.

Great site to stay ! I spent just one night !

Superb

Nope

Beautiful property, I would definitely come back.

Exceptional

The entire stay was nothing but amazing!

I really enjoyed not having the hassle of dealing with someone at check-in/check-out. It was smooth, fast, and the directions were easy to follow. The property was cute, clean, and close by everything I wanted. I would definitely stay again.

loved everything. Aretha is s great host nothing

great reception Did not appreciate the parking fee.

Their self check in kiosks would not activate our cards. No staff on site. We were unable to access our hotel room at 1am which led us to seek accommodation elsewhere. When we requested a refund, it was denied. Their front desk is reachable by text. They attempted to resolve the issue the following morning - of course it was too late.

Very small bathroom with broken blinds, so you can't close the bathroom in the evening. I would not go there a second time. Looks nice on the pictures but needs maintenance.

Very good stay
