B Ocean Resort Fort Lauderdale Beach

Room service didn’t sweep the sand out of our bathroom and never restocked our water. The shower was very small and didn’t have a door. The bed was very comfy and the location was perfect.

We also experienced ongoing issues with the latch lock on our door, which repeatedly locked us out of the room and caused significant inconvenience. Most concerning, we specifically paid for an oceanfront room; however, our view was obstructed almost entirely by bushes, and we were unable to see the ocean as advertised. This was misleading and did not reflect what we paid for. Will never go back

We were required to check out and it took 38 mins even though there was two managers just talking instead of helping check out

Stayed one night for July 4th celebration. Hotel was packed! Tried to check in early (around 1pm) but no rooms ready yet… guy at front desk was super helpful, full of energy with a great attitude. He upgraded me to a larger suite at no charge! Corner suite was huge, very clean with amazing views all sides- north and east views of FTL beach and west view of inter-coastal.

House keeping missed a few things from time to time but overall a great experience and would definitely go back

The room wasn't clean. Hair on the floor, lamp needs to be replace, cable channels was very limited,the carpet seems to dirty.

Los baños no tienen toallero no tiene nada donde tú puedas colgar una ropa para bañarte el agua se bota fuera de la poceta no tiene puerta un pedazo de cristal solamente el mueble del cuarto o cómoda en la puerta rota las cortinas rotas vale parking además de súper caro estafa a la hora de salida después que usted hace el cheque entonces cuando recoges la llave te agregan aunque estás en horario te agregan un cargo más por ejemplo me agregaron 38 dólares más porque decía que había pasado cinco días cuando solo estuve cuatro días mejor no seguir dando más opiniones pues fue la más mala impresión que he tenido mi opinión no se lo recomiendo a nadie ni pienso volver ni de cerca

We booked an ocean view property with balcony but when we were arrived were told it was not available and we could upgrade by paying extra to have “an even better room.” We declined. They comped our breakfast. The hotel is old and run down. Rooms are dirty I don’t think the phone had ever been dusted. The bathrooms at the pools were not clean and they have a lot of hidden fees. The location was good for our event.

A bit noisy all around from the AC unit to the outside traffic. Room faced busy route A1A. Choice of room location not offered. Staff were friendly!

1. I was on the 12th floor. My room had ants. 2. My refrigerator was not working and had a food dish left from previous occupants 3 The A/C stop working. 4. I don't know why the valet had a phone extension, I never could reach them. 5. House-keeping does not provide services everyday, so why is there a $45 fee billed daily?

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They will hold your luggage if you arrive before check-in, which was very helpful. Official check-in is at 3:00 PM, and early check-in comes with a hefty $100 fee. However, since we arrived early on a weekday (Thursday), they kindly allowed us to check in at 2:00 PM at no additional charge. We originally booked a standard king room, but Bryant at the front desk was able to move us into a double room, and the view was absolutely INCREDIBLE! This view ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Room 1292!! B Ocean has multiple buildings, and it seems that room quality can vary quite a bit depending on where you're assigned. Some rooms seem pretty dilapidated, so it really feels like luck of the draw. While the view was fantastic, our room desperately needed a good deep cleaning and some electrical work. About half of the outlets were not functional, and there were noticeable stains, hair, and some unexplained brown marks (??) on the floor. If those details don't bother you, it may not be an issue, but it was enough for me to feel icky.

I wasn’t aware that people can see what I did in my room from outside… LOL
