Everything was good I had a nice time I really enjoyed myself

Its reasonably priced and decent. Some of it looks to be a little run down and or old but still decent

For our stay we booked a king suite in the beach tower, on day one a fire alarm went off at 8am and we had to rush out of the building. Later in the same day the electricity went out for several hours. Hotel staff did not contact us and we found out after we tried to get ready for our next event. When asked hotel staff offered to move us to another room. The room they gave us for the remainder of our stay was a double room across the property of lower value, we previously had a king suite with access to the beach. To make up for the difference we were offered a $50 credit for our stay (much below the room rate difference). Upon check out staff had charged us $100 over what was anticipated and when questioned I was sternly told it was correct. After going to lunch and reviewing the receipt in further detail I found the “$50 credit” I received for the earlier inconvenience during my stay had been placed on my account as a charge. Later I followed up with a different staff member and they were able to credit my account appropriately. This is a great location but the staff and property experience were well below expectations at every issue that we encountered.

Nice because your right on the ocean. But disliked that everything was extra.had to pay for beach umbrellas. You would figure should come with your stay. No complimentary breakfast. You had to pay for everything . But the towels were free.

The ice machine on the 6th floor never worked so we never got ice for our beach days and the tv was broken asked two times for service and the never change the tv. Very expensive room and no tv working. Rude front staff

Some staff members were excellent, while others were not. I don't feel it's fair to give them an overall bad rating, because the ones that were good, were quite amazing. One main complaint is that the front desk never answered the phone when called from the room.

For what you pay parking should be free. 60.00 per night was absolutely outrageous!

It’s ok for the price point

Unfortunately, the room that I rent (ocean view) was not available. And I have to waited an extra hour for the room. Only one elevator working. No valet parking available at the moment. I was able to parked across the street for almost $70, I don't think I will come back to this hotel.

The AC in the room wasn’t working. Maintenance came out twice did nothing. After making a 30 minute line to speak to staff they’d tell me they’ll call me but no one called. I had to sleep in a room at 78 degrees

Hairs in bathroom room was beat and things were broken give them a pass for the loudness at 1:00 to 2:00 am because it was the 4th of July wouldn’t stay again

I really enjoyed my stay here
