Kristian, front desk/guest service, he was PERFECT at checkin on Friday. We had a crazy rental car experience. Kristian made sure to make that happen. We chatted about life amongst other things! He was so very and overly accommodating to try make up for late arrival. So very nice!! Thank you, Edward & Kristian, you’re the best!!!!

I didnt like that I was not told it was a cashless resort and a high per night incidental fee was put on hold on my bank account. But otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

It is a beautiful hotel. The beach and pool were great. However, the staff was lacking hospitality. The bartenders at 3030 Ocean were so incredibly rude and condescending when speaking to our group when ordering drinks/dinner. I have never experienced such awful service. My husband and I were servers for years, so we understand the industry and would never have treated customers this way. I want to express how amazing our server Rosa at Riva was every morning. Negatives: It’s difficult to use the included amenities. We signed up for yoga and the instructor never showed, the buffet breakfast we prepaid for isn’t always offered so you just pick one thing off the menu. The bar staff at 3030 Ocean were so rude and condescending with our group. Same for the staff at Sea-Level restaurant. They literally acted like our being there was a huge inconvenience.

Unfortunately, my checkout experience completely changed my impression of the hotel. When I reviewed my final bill, I discovered an additional $60 per day resort fee on top of the room rate I had originally booked. The explanation provided for this charge was vague, and the fee was not clearly reflected in the price that initially attracted me to the hotel. A mandatory $60 daily fee is significant and should be clearly and prominently disclosed before a guest completes a reservation—not discovered when reviewing the final bill. For this reason, I have to give the hotel zero points for pricing transparency. If this fee is mandatory, why isn’t it simply included in the advertised room price from the beginning? The hotel itself provided a pleasant experience, but unexpected charges like this leave guests feeling misled and can easily overshadow everything the property did well.

We were very disappointed with the hotel in several aspects, but mainly the valet parking fee of $65.00 per day, and on the beach they even charged for using the umbrella!!!! I've never seen a resort hotel charge guests for chairs and umbrellas... we certainly won't be returning to this hotel!!!

This was my first experience staying at this property and I was beyond pleased. I traveled solo for 4 nights and this was one of my best travel experiences. My room was ready early so I was able to enjoy my entire first day. I had lunch at the 3030 as well as dinner and both were amazing. You’ve got to try the wagyu! It was chef’s kiss! I also enjoyed a full day at the spa and hung out at the adult pool. Everything about my stay was amazing. I will definitely be visiting again!

Property is clean, conveniently located on the beach! Staff very friendly and attentive. This hotel is perfect for families. The price of the onsite restaurants are overwhelmingly expensive for underwhelming food. They should consider letting kids eat free from kids menus in those restaurants. For a family of 5 it could easily cost $400 per night.

We have been coming here for the better part of 15 years. My wife and I bring our 4 kids who usually bring friends and they absolutely love it. Must see place if visiting south florida

It is not the best Marriott hotel we stayed in. Our room and bed had ants. The poolside is nice. The beach is okay. The staff is kind. The hotel needs more hydration/water stations.
