This hotel was great, the private beach access made the entire trip.

We have been coming here for the better part of 15 years. My wife and I bring our 4 kids who usually bring friends and they absolutely love it. Must see place if visiting south florida

It is not the best Marriott hotel we stayed in. Our room and bed had ants. The poolside is nice. The beach is okay. The staff is kind. The hotel needs more hydration/water stations.

Great location, food and bar services excellent but pricey.

We loved the ocean view from our hotel. The bar tender, Ashely at the Sea Level Grill was not pleasant. When we asked what beers she had on tap she said none and turned around. She was out right rude. She stood out because everyone else was very professional and nice.

It was amazing. My family loved it and so did i. We had two rooms and the both were queen size beds. If i come back to miami i will definitely come back to this hotel again. If youre thinking of coming you definitely have to go for it!!!

We enjoyed the cleanliness, and the staff were amazing!!! Everyone was very friendly and pro.pt with service needs. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were also very pleased with the pool/bar area and the very large beach area which was immaculate!!!

Very accommodating with early check-in & checkout. The staff are all helpful & friendly. They really enjoy their jobs. Beautiful pool area & many amenities.

The firepit outside, the clean rooms, the fact that the hotel is right on the beach, the huge pool, tennis courts and basketball court and Sealevel restaurant where you can eat while admiring the ocean. We could not ask for more! Family of 4 (parents with older teenager and young adult).

It was a great stay. Spa was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. They need more waitstaff at the pool and we only got hot water intermittently in the shower.

Should have got the lady name at the front desk . I checked out around 11:30/11:45 . And I stood behind 2 people that were together that were checking in . The person checking them in not once said I be right with you nothing ignored me the whole time. Very disrespectful. All customers are important not jst one . The hotel score could have been higher but that lady was very spiteful. I would have understood if she would have said I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU.

Great location on the beach!

That being said, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and honestly didn’t match the quality of the rest of the resort at all. The drink service on the beach was also disappointing. Spending $23 for a weak drink with melted ice, plus a $6 surcharge, felt ridiculous. What really got me, though, was paying a resort fee and still not having internet included. At this price point, that’s pretty hard to justify. There was a lot I loved about the property itself, but between the uncomfortable beds, overpriced drinks, and added fees, I wouldn’t stay here again. If those things aren’t a deal breaker for you, its a cool spot.
