Great resort with great amenities. The atmosphere was great.

Room was very clean and nice.

There was a cockroach in our bed, the hot / cold controls in the shower was not working well, and the sink drained very slowly. $8 for a bottle or still water in the room is ridiculous. The hotel needs modernized. The location is great though. Would not stay her again.

We arrived late, around 8 pm, and even then, we had to wait for a room. Apparently, we were upgraded, but we ended up in the same room we had reserved. We were informed that someone needed to inspect the room before completing the check-in process. When we arrived, we found a disgusting used Q-tip under the bed. The door to the fridge was completely broken, and the bathroom was covered in black, long hairs. I have very short blonde hair. The next day, we requested that the room be cleaned thoroughly, but I guess they didn’t pass by the bathroom. We really liked the property, but since it was the 4th of July, it was uncomfortably crowded.

Coming to cafe for breakfast and evey time getting different responses from waitress what is included and what is not. We got really frustrated. I did not like persuading waitress to check better if my breakfast is incudes( it did) cause they haven’t checked properly + getting those bills every time after. I paid for breakfast already, I do not want to get any bill, even if they write me $0 or charge for smth extra not included. One of the waitress was very rude and unprofessional. I think breakfast system should change. Hotel is really nice in general.

All amenities and activities for kids a lot of restaurants

We stayed for the Fourth of July, considering how busy the weekend was, the hotel staff were accommodating and the hotel itself had great attention detail, fun activities throughout the day and maintained it really well. The only issue we had was our room AC. It wasn’t functioning properly and never fully cooled to the desired temperature. We had asked for someone to check it out and it appeared like they did with the furniture moved. It helped a little but when I called again, no one was ever sent to look it over. We kept the AC fan on high and the room cooled down enough to sleep comfortably but definitely something to consider. I had seen a review about this issue but thought it could be a one-off situation but I see they may have outdated units or they can’t keep up with the heat. Outside of that, the amenities were great and we had a wonderful time.

We spent 4th July here and was a wonderful resort, you have no reason to leave, the staff is attentive, hospitality is a 10plus, rooms clean, beds comfortable, they have amenities for all ages and if you have kids they really cater to them, the food was good and bars are everywhere were already booming for next year. The firework show for lauderdale could have done better we spent last year on Hollywood beach and their firework show was so much better but the hotel has nothing g to do with that. The hotel also offers a very nice 4th July celebration it is extra but very nice.

Excellent breakfast

Overall beautiful resort with terrible house keeping. For our 6 day stay, we got only one housekeeping, on the second day, even after asking for it. We had to deal with wet towels and emptying our own trash cans.

Have been here several times. It never disappoints.

The property has everything you could need! Surf shop, spa, pool and perfect access to the private beach The housekeeping is awful! They made our bed everyday but didn’t change the sheets! There were stains on the bedding. The housekeeping didn’t take our trash each day. We stayed 5 days and they took the trash on the 4th day!

One of my favourite resorts! Sad to leave.

Our go to hotel and destination. Our kids love the pool, beach, and amenities. Overall service is excellent. Restaurants are just okay, the menus could be improved. We like to venture outside for our meals, FLL is full of good restaurants.

Love the hotel, location and food.

Charged a ridiculous deposit. $1500 for 4 nights. We prepaid the room $1649. Never gave me an explanation for it. Room only cleaned one time as she was busy and kept coming at 4 pm when we were getting ready to go out for the evening. Add tips 20% and then the staff begs for more. The beach guy was annoying day one $150 for a daybed on the beach on Sunday it was $350 for the same bed. Food is marginal and its the same food in all restaurants. We had to leave to get something ethnic to Ft. Lauderdale and none gave us any direction on where to go!! Bellman was great and helpful. They only help you if you are an elite member...….. I am a bonvoy member but that did not matter and I used Expedia. I was not on the same level as other guests. I would remove them from your site.
