We've stayed at this property on a number of occasions, sometimes it's hard to book. But, it's always clean the staff professional and helpful and breakfast is amazing. Parking has been contacted out and become more expensive. Other than that no real changes.

The hotel was ideally situated for the cruise terminal. The lifts were quite slow as one was out of order on the morning we left.

We didn’t get our 2 out of 3 rooms u til 530. Told us they were ready around 4 but when we went to get keys they had given the rooms away?!?!? I do not recommend this hotel!

Bell hop was hard to find.. also lack of luggage carriers…also be prepared to pay mandatory 55 dollar fee for the pleasure of staying there….that should of been disclosed when I booked the trip

Enjoyed the happy hour and the free breakfast. Didn’t have to leave the hotel for food. The dinner was very good.

The room was great. We liked having a bedroom door to shut off from the living area. Staff we're friendly and helpful. Free drinks at cocktail hours was nice. BREAKFAST... FORGET ABOUT IT. We've stayed at this hotel several times. The breakfast buffet is over crowded, nowhere to sit and it's like a mad house. We have not yet eaten breakfast because of it.

The lobby was wall to wall people on Saturday at check in. Cruise port right around corner from hotel. Cruisers coming in and out! Madhouse! Hotel reasonably priced but parking outrageous. $35 to self park, $41 for Valet. Only clean rooms, every other day, didn’t happen on our two day stay…. Was not informed at check in. Phone in bedroom did not work.

Room sheets wasn’t cleaned got bed bug bites when arrived. But once I called housekeeping they was more than happy to assist with clean sheets for the room.
