Everything was great from checking in to checkout. Staff was friendly knowledge and cared.

Had roaches people be warned

At first, I had like the staff and everything I had been there before and my time the first time was excellent. I didn’t like how people would go inside of my room while I wasn’t there. I am under the impression that they are only welcomed inside of your room if you allow them inside of your room, but if after I have paid my room fee daily fee that no one should be entering my room unless I tell them to, but there they go into your room whether you like that or not they went into my room. They claimed I was doing things in the room that I was actually going downstairs to actually do every single time they have me on their cameras I stand right there front of the cameras so they could see that I’m actually smoking outside. They accused me of smoking inside of their rooms and tried to force me to pay the $250 fee that I was never going to pay because I never did that so I was forced to leave. I was forced to spend a lot of money because I didn’t live out there so I ended up spending way more money than I needed to that day because of the inconvenience of no one checking the cameras and people just saying that I did that without no real proof of me doing that I will never be there again. I felt violated. I felt let down it very disappointed because I was being kicked out and accused of things I never did. I had to cut my trip short because of all of this I will never be at the hotel again definitely whoever reads these comments needs to go and tell the managers or field managers are higher up managers. You guys need some monitor over there because that’s ridiculous for a person that was paying and that’s already been there before to be accused of doing something they never did in and then ultimately being kicked out for no reason. do better.

Booked hotel for location and early shuttle to the airport. Was signed up for first shuttle at 5am. Staff just kept telling me it would be here any minute. At 5:25 I ordered an uber so I didn’t miss my flight. Still no shuttle.

The hotel was very old outdated. Very small rooms disgusting bathroom. If I wasn’t leaving for the airport in a few hours, I would’ve left.

The hotel was being renovated. The rooms were clean. The restaurant staff including the kitchen staff were fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located by the Port Everglades and the Fort Lauderdale Airport. The hotel offers free shuttle service from and to the airport but use third party shuttle to the Cruise terminal. The cost is reasonable. The hotel is within walkable distance to fast food restaurants, and The Whole Foods. Highly recommended if you are taking a cruise from Port Everglades for an overnight stay.

It was very close to the cruise ports and I could park my vehicle there for less than the port fees. I like the resteraunt and breakfast was better than most. The parking lot was very small.
