Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fort Lauderdale - Convention Center - Cruise Port

Do not stay here. Came before a cruise for one night. Sheets and blankets stained. Laminate floors is sticky in your room. It felt dirty. The property is not maintained. The are is not very good. The shower water trickles out and doesn’t get hot. I will NEVER stay here again. I felt dirtier after I left then when I arrived.

I was in and out in 10 minutes. Not sure where all these ppl went leaving a 10/10 review. The minute I got to the parking lot there were many ppl there smoking what smelled like weed with music in their car playing loudly, mind you it was a late Monday night. As I approached the hotel the door was locked so being a solo female traveler I was a bit nervous. After a few bangs on the door the young gentleman at the front desk opened the door. Seemed more like a motel feeling than hotel. Once he checked me in to room 335 and I went in I immediately saw roaches all over the bathroom sink, being tired and at 10:30pm I just turned the water on a let them fall down the drain. I went to check the bed because now I’m skeptical, I didn’t see anything so thought it’s just for one night and a few more hours so let me try and get some rest. Upon entering the bathroom again to turn the water on and shower I see more roaches on the wall and more towards the sink. I started taking pics and immediately put my shoes back on to head downstairs. The young gentleman Justin at the front desk offered me another room but I declined as a fear I would have the same situation and wake up with roaches crawling on me. He told me mgmt has to reach out in the morning for a refund. It wasn’t his fault so I agreed to call in the morning. I left and drove 40 minutes to another hotel. The next morning mgmt asked for the pictures, I sent them and got my refund. Never again.

Great Sewer treatment plant next door smelled terrible

My stay was a very pleasant one! Front desk staff Crystal went above and beyond to make sure that my stay went well by offering excellent guest service to help supply everything needed for my stay.

Staff is great readily available every time I needed assistance. Been staying here for about a month now with no issues.

MAL OLOR Y SUCIA LA HABITACION

This place was a little rough around the edges but located right next to where I needed to be. There are a lot of great places all around this hotel. My room smelled like someone had been smoking in it before me. The staff was really helpful though!

My stay was a pleasant one as I was meet by front desk agent Cystal. She was very kind as to make sure all my hotel needs were met. I would definitely visit again!
