Great location

We had to fold our own towels and wait nearly three hours for them to be washed and dried. The room smelled old, musty, and moldy, and several of the appliances had visible rust. On our last night, we even saw a roach in the room. The ceiling was leaking and had visible mold, which was very concerning. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, so we had to clean it ourselves. Our room key repeatedly stopped working, forcing us to return to the front desk multiple times. The hotel advertised breakfast, but it consisted of nothing more than prepackaged muffins, which was very misleading. To make matters worse, I booked three rooms, and one of them still had feces left in the toilet when we checked in. That level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Between the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, unpleasant odor, pests, and poor customer service, I would never stay here again. They really need a to upgrade this hotel, NEVER AGAIN

It was a good hotel and served its purpose

The room served its purpose, but I wasn't able to rest properly due to the lingering smell

Clean and quiet room

There appears a portion of homeless people living there. Probably under certain subsidized program. And the trash cart service, they carry that cart in the same only elevator in the building; so the trash smell would linger in the elevator for hours. Parking is shared with other business and judging from the cars parking there, it's a bit shady. The experience is shocking compared with ESA I had in other region. And it's not cheap, little over 200 per night for double beds.

Location is great if going to the cruise port. Other than that I would not recommend this hotel. Breakfast was a joke. A few granola bars and horrible coffee. The room had a refrigerator, stove top and microwave, however, there was not one dish, pan or utensil. Could not even heat up water for a cup of tea. Also, there was a smell from the air conditioning system.

very nice and quiet and front desk was very helpful

Got to the hotel at 10:00pm after traveling all day and the door was locked. After about 20 minutes was let in by a hotel guest. Waited for the receptionist for another 20 minutes and myself and other guests finally found out he was assisting someone on the third floor. Went up to find him and was rudely yelled at by a lady that he helping her and would be down after he was finished. What a terrible place. How do i get my money back?

Room was nice and facilities were good. Green mildew/mold should have been cleaned from room window screen.

Cuartos grandes y cómodos.

The staff were helpful, and there seemed to be plentiful parking right outside. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked pretty well. My biggest criticism was that there was no ice machine on site, especially with the heat in Fort Lauderdale. However, the refrigerator with freezer (and ice trays!) made up for that deficiency.
