I liked the staff. Most of them was very friendly Smoke was coming through the vents from other rooms with smokers

Quiet. Price was a little high for No refrig or microwave.

Only gd thing was the front desk lady when we checked in. She let us pick which room we wanted out of 3. Almost everything. The rooms had a smell to them, there was roaches, and dead roaches. Tub was dingy needed to be reglazed and clean better. The furniture and paintings were outdated. The male staff was asking wat room me and my friend stayed in so he can come over, ugh. There is no cleaning service unless we specifically called for it. The breakfast was basic, only thing warm was toast, bagel, or waffle u had to make urself. No scrambled eggs or sausage. Package oatmeal. But already paid so had to make the best of it.

Staff are nice. Room- clean but needs urgent work. There were roaches, bathroom needs redoing, They need to change the carpet and change the mattresses. The sheet was removed in error after tossing and turning so a big brown stain on the mattress. The room had roaches!!! Housekeeping- spent 6 nights got room cleaned once after having to complain that no one came . I followed instructions and made the request to have the rooms cleaned and gave the dates , yet nothing until I went back and complain the following day. Breakfast; thanks for including the breakfast option. However, they can amend this and add other options . Finally, please let others know if this is a hotel that houses persons in need /section 8 as some characters were questionable and kids running around,riding their scooters (cant remember the correct name), all hours of the night hanging at the pool , shoutiing late at night. Just did not have the same comforable vibes from last year or year before.

The pool was nice room was clean but the bed are two small doesn’t looks like a queen bed Dog poop was on the gras

it’s nice to stay at before we found some things that would never make us stay again. We’ve stayed there multiple times up until now. bugs

Great location No food or vending around

Nothing The photos online were mis leading the room was nothing like online. Sofa was dirty and cushion was cut up, microwave was dirty. Light fixtures were hanging off in the bathroom wall, bathroom tub was dirty, it was dog food in the bathroom. Rooms were not up to par nothing has been updated looks like a room from the 1970’s. The curtains on the window was filthy and had food all over them. Breakfast variety was not a good one. There was no meat and the beverages were watered down. The vending machines do not work.

The breakfast was ok. Only had it 1 morning as there wasn't any yogurt or fruit. Kids were in the hot tub for hours with parents sitting on the sidelines. Children were too young to be in the hot tub and no one told them this. Kids ages were 2, 3, 3, 4, 5, 5, & 7. Adults could not get into the hot tub because the kids were on the stairs in and out constantly. When my husband and I were finally able to get to the hot tub, it smelled like urine!!! It was very disgusting! Unfortunately, the hot tub was the ONLY reason I booked this hotel and we were unable to use it! Not very happy about that. The other issue was that the rooms look very clean, However, I had taken a shower and after not even 10 minutes of walking around the room, my feet were black. The carpets were filthy! Vacuuming isn't enough, they need a good cleaning as well. at least in heavy traffic areas. The staff was very nice. I did show the desk clerk upon checkout the picture of my dirty feet and she literally gasped when she saw it. She apologized for it. But I felt the need to let you know as well. My husband took a picture of my feet but i was not comfortable taking pictures of other people's children and you can't smell the urine in a photo. Just gross!!!
