The light and overhead fan djd not work

This little gem of a rental was only A block from the beach on foot across from beach: CVS & Publix and a few other stores. Very nice, very clean. Hot water was plentiful & easy to get hot water quickly. Kitchen area was modest, although they had plenty of utensils cups and plates, coffee maker & microwave. Most impressive portion of my day was how beautifully rested I was on their superb mattresses and pillows. Staff is very helpful and eager to please. Please remember to tip the house cleaning crew… who work so hard.I will be back!

The location was good. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely horrible. There was very little hot water. The beds were the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. My hips and back hurts so much. I couldn’t wait to leave to come home and get in my own bed.

It was very clean and property was very quiet.

Location , ground floor, apartment size Refrigerator, Micowave, Washer Dryer on site (pay with credit card). People who installed new carmeras left screws on the ground in the parking area left other debree on the grounds. Cheap laminated floor seperated leaveing big gaps. Could have been a larger TV, The sign in front needs attention. I did not see any person in charge checking on the property.

I was scheduled to have a procedure performed at a hospital called Imperial Pointe near the hotel location. I had to arrive at 530 am for preparation at the hospital so I reserved a room at the Great Escape hotel and didnt find out until the last minute the the procedure was cxlled due to the primary care Dr had no longer worked at the facility and was not notified of him leaving. I tried to alert Expedia.com via telephone and was told they would request a refund by the hotel management and not to worry. Come to find out I was lied to concerning the refund and had also paid the 9.00 emergency Insurance fee to protect me from cancellation, etc. I will never use their services again. I am so disgusted as a senior citizen with misrepresentation, lies, etc.

This place is great clean and quiet …

The property is an older place and could use some updates, but honestly, for the price, it was perfect for us. It was very clean, smelled fresh, and felt spotless. I have a baby who crawls all over the floor, and I felt completely comfortable letting them crawl around, which says a lot about how well the place was cleaned. The apartment had everything we needed to cook. When I mentioned that I needed a sheet pan to make some roasted vegetables, they even brought one over for me! They also brought us a pack ’n play because I had forgotten to bring ours, which was such a thoughtful and helpful touch. The staff was wonderful and very responsive to texts. Anytime we had a question, they answered quickly and were always helpful. The only issue we had was that the door wouldn’t lock when we were getting ready to leave, but aside from that, we had no problems at all. There is only one parking spot, so visitors won’t have a place to park on the property, which is something to keep in mind. But for our family, it was absolutely worth it. Our kids loved staying here and are already asking to come back! We had such a comfortable, easy stay, and we definitely plan to return. Highly recommend!!

It was close to the beach The bathroom wasn’t clean, the door code wouldn’t work, my unit was unlocked and open when I got there and the ceiling fan light would randomly turn on in the middle of the night

Clean room. Property ok. Pool was clean y. Checking in a little difficult. Only done by phone. Hard to get wife working

I stayed at this hotel for five days, and unfortunately, the accommodation was well below an acceptable standard. The cleanliness was a major concern. The walls, dishes, and floors were visibly dirty, which made the room feel poorly maintained and uncomfortable. Even more concerning was the condition of the bathroom floor. It was broken, uneven, and appeared unsafe. The floor leaned noticeably toward the faucet, making it difficult to stand securely and creating a genuine safety hazard. I also spoke with other guests who were staying at the property at the same time, and they reported experiencing the same issues with their accommodations. This suggests that these problems were not an isolated incident. Unfortunately, my experience with the cleaning staff was also disappointing. I found them to be rude and unhelpful, and communication was difficult as they did not speak English. Overall, I expected much better for the price of this accommodation. Cleanliness, basic maintenance, safety, and respectful customer service should be standard. I would not recommend this hotel. Many other hotels were close with the same good location.

The pool was green it didn’t stay clean after the first clean

I did not like the fact i had to call maintenance everyday everyday for something to fix First was the air conditioner,then was the bathroom sink then shower/tub was clogged i had to wait all day at the place for a worker to come then once he came he didn't speak English I had to down load goggle translator to communicate Then the pool was cloudy and had a ton of sand at the bottom When I said something the guy cleaning the pool yelling at me saying we'll if guests didn't go into the pool right from the beach he wouldn't have to clean the pool so many times. I'm a guest I don't feel i need to be told to rise off before entering the pool i know better On top my family wasn't the only family there Plus I didn't come with little kids Also when I would ask the housekeeping for garage bags or toilet paper they would get very angry Then I went to the laundry room to do my family wash the washer worked OK The dryer on the other hand someone once again had to come out because nothing was drying I call the app that I had to download and complain They refund me my 4 dollars back I can go on and on my experience was horrible I spoke to numerous ppl while on my stay I would like a refund or half for all the inconvenience that my family and I endorsed while at this place They need a new team once that speak english and have respect and professionalism because there was none I'm very upset I spend so much money just about 1600 where we was supposed to relax and have a good time and im very disappointed I would love to speak with someone on this matter.

Great location and the room was excellent! Rooms were very clean. We stayed in deluxe king. Small kitchen with utensils etc. Publix is one block away for food shopping. The area is totally safe and just a few blocks from the ocean and several good restaurants & shops. Only one downside... the pool water was low, so we decided not to use it. Everything else about this location is stellar!

The pool is always clean and maintained, quiet area, the beach is right around the corner..Publix down the street.

Very clean . 1 block off the beach ,, 5 minute walk to town that has great beach front restaurants

The outdoor area was not very well kept or inviting. The rooms were dated, but clean.
