It was right on the ocean. It was low in noise and chaos for being on the beach. It is a dated facility that could use some updates but it was clean and fit our needs.

Good location , directly on the beach pool very clean , upstairs room view of ocean Well manicured lawn / seating , lounge chairs Beds very comfortable Walkable to restaurant/shop area Coffee provided downstairs room view Friendly Rooms vary in size , some on smaller size by adequate Property was great Although the beach was nice and wide it had Large amounts of sarcasm seaweed along the shore , didn’t want to go into the water
