Dee Jay Beach Resort

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night for a little birthday weekend getaway. The property was so cozy and tropical, but the highlight was the room itself. It was so spacious, clean, and beautiful! And it had the best showerhead I have ever seen. The owner was kind and polite as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Convince to the beach. I loved it all.

The owner is very sweet and hospitable, I felt welcomed upon arrival which was great after a long travel day. The room was fully equipped with a ton of appliances which were perfect to make breakfast and enjoy outside the room. Bonus points for hammocks and grills on site.

Marissa was the best thing about this place. She was extremely helpful, attentive and kind. She's a keeper!!! Needed to be cleaner (the floors), clutter EVERYWHERE in the common area.

The room looked nice. It was clean but the air conditioning wasn't working. The air conditioning was not working in the living room. The description of the property as given on Booking.com is very misleading. The grounds of the property were very ramshackle. The balcony was just the walkway outside the room. The swimming pool water looked like soup. It would be fine if you just stayed in your room or off-site. We did not stay at this property and I regret booking it in the first place. There was one lady there at the front desk who kept disappearing while we tried to sort something out with Booking.com. She would not give us a refund for the whole stay. This was very disappointing.

We loved everything about Dee Jay Beach Resort There was nothing to dislike. Everything was great!

Our stay was perfect for us! We came to scuba at a site about 10 minutes away. The place was comfortable, clean, quiet and with places to take the dogs out to walk and potty just across the street - even a waste disposal container was set up over there so we didn’t have to worry about that. Our host was quick to respond when we had a question, and was very pleasant to work with. We will be back the next time we can take a few days to visit Mother Ocean! No complaints here!

Nice hotel need some renovations but for that price was ok for us some paint , electrical outlets , pool plaster needs resurface

Real Close to the beach. Spacious apt. Easy to reach staff. Shower needed repair. Owner accommodated us but was a slice inconvenience

Deejay is in a very desirable neighborhood close to the beach, stores & restaurants. All of these are within walking distance. Pool could have been refinished. It was showing it’s age.
