Reviews

Great location, friendly staff and spacious rooms. Very recommended for a short vacation on the beach.
-
Took a long time to register in and also a long time to check out . Slow!!!

Suzette was the most amazing staff we came into contact with she went up and beyond to check in with us, amazing hospitality and professionalism. Bar tenders were extremely rude. Other than that it was an okay experience. I think parking should be included in the stay because you already pay for a resort fee.

We did not have to carry our umbrellas and beach chairs as they were there and private pool in the Bungalow. This year they had Full Moon party which was fun. Most of my friends are teachers, EMT's and Military and now there are special promotions for them. Now they will also have points for future stays which helps with the budget. Live Music on Friday which was fun.

We loved the location, the checkin in was very easy. The beach was fantastic!

It was great , a bit outdated but it’s ok

Rooms were clean but overly basic… No coffee maker or kettle in rooms? Did not enjoy having to get up walk across street to lobby to over pay for a black coffee and hot tea. And the “resort fees” kind of ridiculous. Walked down to pool with a beverage, got comfortable in my chair only to be told I can’t be in the pool area with a drink I did not purchase from them. Decided to then move down to beach area, stopped to get my towel (part of those resort fees)) and was told they were out of towels. Will stay somewhere else on next visit.

Staff was pretty good except for the 2 bartenders at the outside beach/pool bars. They were rude grumpy, ignored us numerous times. They obviously don't like their job. If your a bartender at a beach bar where ppl are there to have a good time you need a good attitude! They were ruining the mood.. oh and didn't mention they were rude..

Great location right at the beach
-
Loved the beach and the beach helpers helped us set up with chairs and umbrellas.
-
This place was the best. The lobby, elevator, hallway, and room were spotless. The staff were kind, helpful, and super responsive. The bartenders at Backflip, Julie and Lynn, were amazing and took such great care of us. The beach was gorgeous and the chairs and umbrellas were set up early. Easy walking distance to restaurants and fun things to do on Commercial Street. Would return in a second.

I also recommend Mom’s Kitchen for all day breakfast and of course lunch in Ft.Lauderdale about 15 mins from the hotel! —Ms. Dawson
-
No coffee machines or bottled water in the room. Have to go to lobby and request one at a time.
-
A little hidden gem. Everything was clean and the staff amazing, except for the bartender with the pony tail in the beach club bar. He's not a nice person 0 personality towards people that don't look like him. But it's sad in today's society that's his lose not mine when you work in the hospitality industry 😔

Awesome Experience
-
It was ok . The first night one of our sheet had a stain. But I thought we was getting room with balcony but we was only there for few days.
-
The room itself was good. So close to the beach. Loved having chairs and umbrella set up for us. Beach was great. The carpet in the hallway to the room was I bad need or replacement. We could hear the guests coming in at midnight from their party or something. I had to pound on the wall because they woke me from a dead sleep and weren’t letting up.
