$48.00 resort fee,$62.00 per day to park car. $110.00 per day extra fee plus taxes on this came to be $120.00 per day just for this.

Restaurant was great! Hotel staff was amazing and very friendly they gave us a new room in so we could check in early with our morning flight.

The Westin is one of my favorite hotels to visit. It has direct access to the beach. A great restaurant downstairs. Also Starbucks right at the corner. It is located close to several great restaurants. The staff was very nice, especially the valets...

Enjoyed the stay, gorgeous pool, great staff, parking is limited and costly. Otherwise great time

All fees were not reviewed on check in or check out. Elevators are too slow or do not function. Will not stay here again.

People were rude and there was no continental breakfast and others

Beach view was really nice. The staff was very friendly and very welcoming. The room was clean. The downside was with the valet parking at the time of leaving my daughter’s car was no where to be found for a good 45 minutes or more. The whole crew of the valet parking was looking for the car. Why did this happen we don’t know. However the manager of the valet department ( Luis Uribe) did look like he was lost because even my was taking long car after I giving him the ticket he did not sent someone to get our car. We had to remind him after 20 minutes of waiting. I said where was my car and that’s when he sent someone, and it wasn’t like there was a huge line of people waiting. At that time valet was not chaotic. Besides this incident my family and I we had a pleasant time here. The pool is very small for the amount of people that were there.

The only thing that we didn't like is that the rooms were extremely cold and you had to call maintenance to adjust temperature. So if you wanted it a little warmer during the day and cooler for sleeping, it was a hassle. Otherwise nice and clean accommodations. Pool bartenders were great. Plenty of beach chairs on the beach. However, they could use a few more with umbrellas.

Great room and super comfortable bed. Lovely staff and amenities met our needs. Beach access is a bonus!

Poor water presssure. Shocking for being the Westin. Took so long for shower to warm up.

Cleaning or cleanliness is not this hotel’s top quality!

Beautiful view

Beach View, Waves Bar and Grill was nice

The ac was broken in our room , wouldn’t go any low . They fixed it the first night but it broke again the second night we didn’t even bother to call . Other than that it was a fun spot to spend a couple days

The only issue we experienced wasn’t with the hotel itself, but with the restaurant next door. It was very busy with fans watching the World Cup, and some patrons were extremely loud and, at times, disrespectful to other guests. We truly appreciated that the hotel staff stepped in, addressed the situation professionally, and asked everyone to be respectful of the other guests. Despite that minor inconvenience, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

They advertise a hot tub however, the hot tub is for women only and in their Heavenly Spa. The Laazazz coffee on the Mezanene floor smells like an uncleaned fast food microwave and stinks up the entire area until you go outside to the pool!!
