The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

They need to upgrade their rooms for the price the charge with no balcony with ocean view.

The hotel is getting on in age. Could use a refresh. It’s nice. Mostly clean. Right on the beach. Terrific Mexican restaurant on premises. Get a higher room. Best views.

L’emplacement super! Près de tout à pieds! Je n’ai pas aimé que l’on doive débourser 30$ US pour un parasol sur la plage. Plusieurs machines à glace non fonctionnel. Pas de machine à café dans les chambres.

Clean room great staff

First room were put in had an a/c leak- had to change rooms- in midst of changing rooms the door to the original room locked us out with an item left behind. I told the front desk and they said nothing was turned in and it was not in the room. The only other person in the room was the cleaning staff, so needless to say they got a $130 bottle of brand new perfume. Aside from that i was told at check in :everything was paid except for incidentals. No mention of addtl fees for resort etc. until I checked out . Very unsatisified. Went 2 days that our room wasnt even cleaned and had to ask for clean towells. Not what you would expect at a known hotel right in Ft Lauderdale.

The room was terrible, small room, the windows facing a big wall. They didn't clean the room, so next day they transferred me to a better view room. But the adjacent room was very close and the neighbours were very noisy, I could hear everything. The lifts were not working. Only one worked but it was very slow and needed maintenance! I will never go back to this hotel. I can only commend the valet parking, they were very efficient!

There was only one elevator working. It was an inconvenient to people having to wait 5 minutes or more for an elevator.

Clean and recommended great service

The on-site restaurant is great and there are amazing gems surrounding the hotel as well.

Also, the food was terrible. Also, there was a roach in the room and also a staff member walked into our room unannounced which was TERRIBLE, and he said he was told the room was vacant when it was clearly not. Also, the staff at the pool was totally UNHELPFUL!!!! They ignored us!!!! I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE….

Second time staying here. Amazing hotel here super clean and convenient.

Me and a friend spent the weekend at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale and had a amazing time! The experience started when Melva, at the front desk, checked us in, so delightful! We spent most of our time at the pool and if you have a chance, their margarita pizza and lime margarita makes the perfect summer combo!! If you're thinking about taking a little weekend siesta, thus is the hotel to book!!

Clean room and beach and pool view

When we got in the room, the bed wasn’t made properly and we had to ask the housekeeper to remake the bed. We book ocean view, but we didn’t get ocean view.

We stayed for one night and enjoyed the pool. Great location, restaurant and is walkable to other wonderful restaurants and shops.

It was a great stay! Just the pool was a bit crowed. Should have a second option for a pool consodering the size of the property.
