My experience with this hotel was very negative. I booked and paid around $303 through Expedia, plus an additional $75. This was completely unexpected. When I called to dispute the charges, I waited on hold for more than half an hour. The person who answered was very rude and dismissive, and wouldn’t let me speak. Eventually, I was transferred to a manager, who was a bit less rude, but basically only confirmed the amount I had paid. I did receive a partial refund of $246, but I was not satisfied with the additional charges or the way my complaint was handled. Not recommend at all watch you for extra charges …

Pictures did not match current room aesthetic and rooms were not as clean as they could be. Hard to get housekeeping in the room to clean

Close to restaurant and bars. Sink handle leaked the air conditioner made noise all night.

It was a great relaxing trip. The pool was clean, the property was clean. The Waves bar at the pool was great, Michelle and Emmi were great bartenders. The food was good. Breakfast was excellent at Tinta by Lona. Just an overall great time.

I love this hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff team are amazing! I would definitely come back to this hotel. Customer service is excellent. Loved the environment in this resort.
