Cambria Hotel Fort Mill

Exceptional

The room was as described on the website. My room was clean and comfortable. I requested first floor or a room near an elevator (they accommodated me). It was very quiet at night which I appreciated. The booking said I could pay at the hotel; however, the money was withdrawn the day prior.

Very clean modern look, staff was awesome...

Easy access from highway. Clean. Our power went out around 3am so we ended up leaving around 4am. No compensation or apologies from the hotel for the inconvenience and shortened stay.

i didn't have breakfast in my package. there is a starbucks nearby and i grabbed coffee and an egg there hotel room was minimally stocked, and lacked attention to detail. in the bathroom, there was one package of soap for the sink and the liquid soap in the shower was empty. I had to ask for the soap dispenser to be filled. there was nothing in the refrigerator (no mini bar), and there were no utensils in the tea/coffee area. I ended up eating my takeout using two coffee stirrers like chopsticks. ugh .

Quick overnight stay, arrived late. Nice, clean new hotel. Well equipped room. Staff very friendly. On site restaurant and bar was convenient as not much else in the area open late on a Sunday evening.

The staff was great and the room was very functional with everything I needed for my stay. The air conditioning unit was loud and the thermostat was difficult to control. Also there were no batteries in the remote requiring me to go up front before I could use it.

Clean and convenient The ice machine was not working. The rooms have no carpet so sound echoes and the floor was cold.

Cockroaches were found in the bedroom. And the breakfast was quite poor. Given the price paid, one expected something better.

The staff were friendly and responsive, and the rooms well designed and comfortable, as always. The fitness center is large, well appointed and cooler than previous stays, at last. (and the Receptionist accommodating when requested to turn down the temps as the room heats up in the mornings due to the East facing glass wall). Thank you! Minor thing---the soap dish was missing and we had to place the wet aoap on the counter. We were told not all the rooms had soap dishes? (we'd had them on previous stays)

This hotel is in a great location. It was renovated and very clean. The only negative is the restaurant is not great but the bartenders do a great job when open. The staff is outstanding and pleasant. Great stay.

We had an excellent stay at the Cambria! Gabrielle at the front desk was very professional and helpful! Housekeeping quickly delivered 2 extra pillows. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet. At breakfast, we both ordered the BLT+E with fresh fruit. It was cooked to perfection! We will most definitely stay again and advise family and friends too!
