The room was clean and staff was very helpful with any questions. Breakfast could have been a little better, not terrible but standard fare.

I did not like being a room could be connected to another one. Widh I had known a girl 13 yr old soccer team was staying there. Walls thin, doors thin. Could hear tv blasting, kids running around, cat meow and they took over breakfast area
-
Location was great for us and it was clean Nothing
-
Pet friendly = barking dogs and screaming cats at nighttime...!
-
Exceptional
-
The rooms are very accomodating with a separate den area, kitchen area with large fridge and spacious bath. Our only issue was that there was a soccer tournament going on nearby with many players staying at the hotel practicing in their rooms, so it was quite noisy at almost all hours. So though the beds are comfortable, we did not get the best sleep until they finally finished.

The breakfast was way better than most local hotels in that area so that was an extra plus. Also, the rooms are very spacious and I have a larger family and we had a lot of room.
-
Location and cleanliness Water pressure so low in sink it was a dribble
-
Full size refrigerator AND freezer. Always prefer to have a hand-held shower head.
-

-
Convenient location, clean rooms, lots of amenities in the room. Great place
-
The ease of check in, the rooms were very clean and properly stocked with necessities. The complimentary breakfast each morning was amazing with many different options. Having an inside pool was a gem for my daughter as well as for me. Location was central to every including Carowinds which was only a 7-10 drive each day. No complaints
