Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Mill

The breakfast was very good and the kitchen/dining area were kept clean. The used towels were not removed from the shower area. Very minor detail!

Everything was just as expected. I truly cannot think of any negatives. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with a stay here.

They overcharged me, said they fixed it but didn't. Shower had moldy caulk. I think most Hampton inns are going down in quality.

When we arrived at 11 pm, after driving 2 uhaul trucks 600 miles, we were told none of our communications regarding moving our check in date out a couple of days, through booking.com, had been forwarded to the hotel and they had us down as a no show! Luckily, Nadia and her mgr were able to work their magic, with amazingly positive and kind attitudes, to find us a room. They stated they only have trouble with communications through booking.com, not any of the other booking sites! Nadia and other staff members at the hotel txt us 2 times the next day to make sure we had everything we needed, and Nadia even helped me find a close place thst I could walk to to get dinner and bring it back for my friends after an 11hr day of unloading the 2 uhaul trucks. The breakfast was the beast ive ever had both mornings! I cant say enough great things about the hotel and staff!!! Ill never book through boking.com again. Shelley Booking.com should have forwarded my 10 messages regarding the postponement of my arrival to the hotel!

While looking for the hairdryer, I opened one of the bathroom drawers and found a dirty, used bath towel stuffed inside that was covered in hairs. The carpet in the room also felt very strange under bare feet—almost sticky—which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. We were only staying for one night, so we decided to make do with the room. Had we been staying any longer, I likely would have asked to be moved to a different room.

Very clean hotel tucked away behind Lowe’s. The breakfast was only fair and has a very limited selection. The rooms are nice and the hotel is well maintained.
