We were very impressed with the appearance and cleanliness of the rooms. Beachfront view was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The only negative was the pop and snack machine said pop was $1 but when you put your credit card in it changed to $3.00. Same with the candy bars. But overall I will be going back.

We had a nice trip but we came in on Labor Day, which was a little too busy full for our liking, the beds were not great and the A/C did not cool down enough ..but if you want more action and music playing all day this is your spot! And True Beachfront property

First time at the Lani Kai resort , very clean room, easy access to restaurants on the property, beautiful ocean view from my balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful if I needed anything. I will definitely stay here again 😎🌊🏝️

Location. Pillows on beds were horrible. Some items like plates and flatware in the kitchen would be nice.

Everything not over crowded. Great friendly staff. The 20.00 parking you might as well ad 20.00 to the cost of a room.

Every room had beautiful view of the Gulf.

The check in process was longer than normal, but the staff was pleasant. The beach was very clean, but the chairs and umbrella rental was a bit pricey even with the resort discount. The sports bar was brand new and were actually their first customers! Very nice and good food.
