The only major issue we experienced was the Queen bed which sank in the middle and uncomfortable to sleep. It felt as if we were being swallowed. Also the 2 tv’s had a mind of their own. They did not operate independently. I would turn on (1) tv and they both turn on at the same time on different channels, which felt as if someone was talking in the other room

El hotel pequeño no tiene elevador, nos tocó subir 3 pisos por las escaleras con el equipaje en mano, pienso que las personas deberían saberlo antes de reservar y además cobran otros cargos aparte.

La recepción no es buena, no les interesa ayudar a los clientes que hablan español, el deposito de de dinero a la entrada no lo devuelven, llamas y no te ayudan , es decepcionante

Was directed to facility off the beach, was unaware there was a difference. Room was clean and okay for the nights stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. Next time I really want to stay in the main hotel, that’s the only surprise you don’t realize when booking. We were in a smaller building across the street by the bay side but still beautiful and staff were extremely nice and friendly and the rooftop restaurant was awesome and the beach was so clean and beautiful! So no complaints at all from us!

Everything was great but the beds and pillows were uncomfortable at the Inn side of the property. And I think the rooms need hooks behind the doors to hang wet towels and clothes . Other then that we had a great time! Staff was friendly, we hit all the restaurants and outside bars. Everyone was great! Thank you!

My wife and I stayed at the Bay At Lani Kai, and were very pleased with the location, the pool access, the restaurant (great breakfast) and the staff. The only reason I’m taking off a star is due to the television in the room. All we could watch were 6 local stations as everything else was not available. All in all, it was a lovely stay but next time I will bring an HDMI cable.

Will not return asked for first floor accommodation due to handicap and was put on second floor with no elevator not a good way to have repeat customers room didn’t stay cool ,

Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The beach is across the street from the property with easy access. The queen suite was roomy and clean. The restaurant at the main hotel was reasonably priced and the food was great. Overall it was a great stay!
