Everything was great but the beds and pillows were uncomfortable at the Inn side of the property. And I think the rooms need hooks behind the doors to hang wet towels and clothes . Other then that we had a great time! Staff was friendly, we hit all the restaurants and outside bars. Everyone was great! Thank you!

My wife and I stayed at the Bay At Lani Kai, and were very pleased with the location, the pool access, the restaurant (great breakfast) and the staff. The only reason I’m taking off a star is due to the television in the room. All we could watch were 6 local stations as everything else was not available. All in all, it was a lovely stay but next time I will bring an HDMI cable.

Will not return asked for first floor accommodation due to handicap and was put on second floor with no elevator not a good way to have repeat customers room didn’t stay cool ,

Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The beach is across the street from the property with easy access. The queen suite was roomy and clean. The restaurant at the main hotel was reasonably priced and the food was great. Overall it was a great stay!

we had an ant problem for the first 3 days out of our stay at the lani kai, we called for room service daily and the ants wouldn’t stop coming back- head of cleaning staff finally caulked up the wall and problem was solved. only other thing that icked us out was how pricey everything was and that you have to pay for parking and beach chairs daily.. other than that this place was great, roughly 20-25 minutes from all of sanibels good beaches and activities and lovers key state park- also food at the rooftop restaurant is AMAZING and so are the staff!

Since it was remodeled, it was nice. But they did not clean our room, the air conditioner did not blow are into the other room. The sliding door to go out to balcony, I had to look it a certain way because it looks like a piece is missing on it. The bar outside closes really early. Sorry but we will not stay here again.
