At 3am crazy drunk lady was banging on the door next door to us because they wouldn't let her inside her room. All the screaming and fighting woke up my kids. Place was full of locals that live near by using the amenities and getting very intoxicated. Certainly not a place for families with teens or below.

This hotel is in the perfect location, just steps from the beach, restaurants, Times Square and Margaritaville. The new resort pool is lovely, the food is great and the Tiki Bar is lively. It's definitely the place to be so come ready to party.

This Hotel is in a prime location however this is its downfall . Anyone I mean anyone from the street can come and and use their pools and mingle with paying guests . When the front desk was questioned their answer was that some folks can pay a daily resort fee and use amenities . This was not the case . There is a bar and restaurant on property that is open to the public . This means anyone that attends the bar has open access to their pools and the rooms . I found it unsafe and negligent . I understand this area is bouncing back from one of the worst natural disasters ever but it’s not family friendly. No disclosures either to advise that their elevators are non working . It still has a long way to go . There are so other many other places for the same price and I offer much more security .

So much fun!! It was great having the tiki bar right there!! Convenient location. Room was clean.

Great vacation spot!

We were offered a second room, looked a little nicer but had a very strong smell of mildew and cleaning chemicals. The vent was so dirty, it was absolutely disgusting! We were offered a third room, right next to the bar where people were smoking and had very loud music! The lady at the office was very pleasant and very helpful! She was able to cancel the reservation so we could get our money back.

Our toilet kept running, told woman at front desk about the toilet and that our room didn't have coffee. She offered to give me coffee right there but we were headed out, she said she would send someone to check out the toilet. She could have also sent the coffee (room was tidied up, but no coffee - but did finally get some on the 3rd day!); and while the toilet might have been looked at while we were out, it still ran for the next 2 days, I figured a way to make it stop but it will still be an ongoing issue. The room itself was super run down, needs fixes and some renovating - big gap between door and border of door for example, and just quite a bit of rust and age. You're by the beach, you need care more often, and ice hard to get - no machines. Need an employee from the bar.

Room was ok, but the pool was overcrowded, water was too hot and size of the pool didn't match advertising

Otherwise we had a great time

We plan to stay again. Hotel staff was great! This hotel is central to all things food and entertainment in Fort Myers Beach.
-
The place was nice. The staff was very friendly. The tiki bar was excellent. The food and drink were really good. But the rooms needs to be renovated. Although they keep it clean, the shower, sink and fridge are outdated.

Loved the new room! Waterfall pool was entertaing. They need to fix the elevatos in the old building
-
Staff were amazing, room was clean and food was great at the Tiki Bar. Hotel is close to everything the only thin is the pool is open to the public and we the guests couldn’t use it because they both were full. Other than that good stay.

great place to stay

The stay was nice because of the family time we had together, and we always make the best of it. The resort still needs so much work, but they are working on it. If you stay in the main building by the TIKI bar, it's VERY loud all night long but the other buildings are better.

Our room was amazing! The staff was great as always!

Bar staff are amazing as always

Great location, great music, but the hotel itself needs to be updated and the rooms need to be upgraded . Overall I enjoyed the stay
