We had a great time at the Lighthouse. The room we were in was a little worn, flooring in living room area needs to be replaced as well as the counter tops. However, these things did not affect our stay and we did enjoy ourselves.

Was truly surprised how nice it was. The pictures don't do it justice. We had a suite and it was a nice comfortable layout. Loved the outdoor deck to relax and enjoy the evening.

Había un poco de bullicio en la noche proveniente del bar. Por lo demás todo bien.

Sink stopper was stuck before using it,boyfriend was able to fix it since they did come to fix it.other than that housekeeping exceptional, entertainment really enjoyed!!

Although the property isn't new, it is well-maintained. You can tell the rooms are in an older building, but they are in great shape—the room are very clean, everything is spotless and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The service is good, and there is a varied, tasty food menu. There is a great tiki bar with live music every night from Friday to Sunday (which was when we stayed). It’s just a five-minute walk to the beach, which offers spectacular sunsets, and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby; if you prefer to go a little further afield, downtown Fort Myers is 25–30 minutes away with even more variety. There is a fantastic pool with a bar—it wasn't overcrowded during our stay—and I believe the property is undergoing renovations, as some rooms look updated from the outside. I recommend this place for a family getaway.

Good

The front office staff was nice, helpful. We left in the morning and missed an outfit in the closet. The young man from the office called and let me know. I returned and he handed it to me. On the negative side: The music was very loud and played into the night, pretty late. We got into the pool and some young man decided to jump over our heads in the pool, narrowly missing my friend and I.

After settling in, my 8 year old daughter saw a bug on the wall by the TV but we all just thought that it's just an ant. Our room has a kitchen and so my husband walked over there since we put all of our snacks there and saw a cockroach on the stove. He'd opened all of the kitchen cabinets trying to kill it and saw a bunch of baby cockroaches and a good amount of big ones. We immediately start packing up and shaking everything trying to get out of there as fast as possible. We went to the front desk and let them know about this (even showing her one of the dead cockroaches) and thankfully we were able to get a full refund, however, we had to scramble to book another hotel last minute. It's a bummer that we didn't get to enjoy our stay here and most likely will not book this resort again.

It has a very good access to the beach, it has good parking. The rooms are mostly clean and comfortable. Mostly the beds. It was a great place overall.

Muy bueno , todo muy cerca confortable linda experiencia

The room was clean but the bed was bad and no water pressure, light bulbs were out in the bathroom. Everyone was nice pool and bar were great everyone super nice that works for the resort. I would say just update some beds and fix the light bulbs and water pressure not sure what you can do about that.

$150 was given back at the end of the stay but for one night we were charged $150 pet fee and $100 cleaning fee. Management didn’t return my call. I am a local here and will not return. Property is still under hurricane Ian construction as well.

I was highly disappointed in this hotel. There were termites in our room that we killed ourselves. Housekeeping never even sweeped up the pile of dead bugs that was left behind throughout our 5 night stay. The AC also did not work and the maintenance man argued with me that the mini split was supposed to blow warm air. The kids room and living area was miserable until they finally brought us in a portable AC unit since the mini spilt would not blow any cold air at all. The hotel did offer free breakfast certificates for our stay to make up for the issues however we were there for a baseball tournament and had to leave almost every morning by 7 and breakfast was only from 8 to 11 so we were not even able to use them but once Also the bunk beds were very misleading in the pictures. My teenager is tall and he could not lay straight on the bed due to the very small size of them. They were not twin size beds much smaller than that. Despite our issue we did enjoy our time there but it was not worth the price that we paid for the suite.

We booked room with a full kitchen and a sitting area. When we got there the only room left was a studio on the 3rd floor with NO elevators. My husband and I are in our 70's. The room was dirty. The refrigerator wasn't working. The floors were cracked, the door was warped. The kitchen counter was cut off at the end. There were 2 pans but no utensils or silverware. Never ever again.

I couldn’t have picked a better location to stay. So many things to do around just a short walk away. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was so comfortable. Loved having a kitchen and living room to hang with my daughter and her fiancée. The parking was a bit tight but we always managed to find a good spot to park…I’ll definitely stay again…

This was a really nice place to stay. Loved the pool area and tiki bar. The room was very clean. The room was huge. It was nice to have the coffee maker and larger fridge. This was a great hotel for a family who is on a budget. Don't like the pool towel situation. You have to use your room towels and exchange them out. But this was a minor inconvenience. Felt very safe there. Parking can be tight but just ask ahead to make sure you know where the parking is. Very close to beach as well. I would stay here again!
