Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fort Myers - Airport

The hotel is brand new, with clean and well-maintained facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, doing their best to assist whenever needed. You got what you pay for. Although the hotel and staff were nice, my experience was not as relaxing as I had hoped. To begin with, I did not receive the room I had originally booked, and I had actually paid extra for that specific room. When I spoke to the front desk, I was told that the hotel was fully booked and that there was nothing they could do, and that I would need to contact Booking.com. Secondly, my room was not as clean as it should have been. There was hair in the microwave, on the sink, and on the floor, as well as dust throughout the room. I also noticed small stains on the bedding, and the bathtub had quite a bit of dust and was not properly clean. On top of that, the bathroom fan was not working. The staff was friendly and polite, but unfortunately, these issues affected my overall experience and made my stay less relaxing than expected.

Good

Very good

1, the breakfast. When I made the reservation on Expedia it said breakfast included. When I checked in the clerk said enjoy our coffee bar in the morning. However when I went down the next morning rather disappointed no fruit no juices nothing but a few energy/power bars and some yogurts. Very disappointed. 2. The shower, everything was very clean and what not unfortunately the water pressure was very minimal. I thought maybe it was just my room however the other party I was with experience the same thing. Regards, Joseph Francis

Most days there was only oatmeal.

Staff friendly & helpful, willing to go the extra mile. Room clean, well kept and comfortable!

Great Stay, Clean and quiet room. The hotel staff were kind and friendly.

It said on the website there was breakfast included. They offered coffee and granola bars.

Superb

Was clean Was on bottom floor people above where so loud long into the night and back at it at 6:00 am, I didn't need alarm clock, it happen both nites,

The smell of weed was coming into the room. Breakfast had no utensils or anything other than strawberry yogurt and 2 hard boiled eggs. The package oatmeal didn't have the utensils.

I came here for recovery after a major hospital stay. The stay has been comfortable and welcoming. Staff( front desk, housekeeping and maintenance), ALL of them have been very pleasant and approachable. Will recommend when family when they come to visit. I was staying somewhere else prior to this and this stay has blown the competition!!!
