Good place and Mercedes from the front desk was very helpful and professional

The staff was welcoming and helpful. My room and the whole facility was spotlessly clean. The breakfast included very good selections and was very tasty. My room was easy to access. My only negative observation was that the fixtures in my bathroom were very dated. I think a sprucing up is needed but, given the state of the economy, I understand. The most important elements of my stay were excellent. The bed was comfortable and as I mentioned everything was very clean.

We had a pleasant stay, clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was good, all day coffee, free parking.

This hotel is in an ideal location to quickly access beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The staff, especially the front desk, were very welcoming and informative about status of the beaches and things to do with the grandkids.The rooms, pool, and entire facility were very clean. The pool was very well maintained and the kids loved it after a day at the beach.The hotel was very cost effective considering a breakfast buffet, free parking, and location.I would definitely stay here again on my future visits.

My house was under renovation needed one night at a hotel. This hotel meet my expectations was a in good area by restaurants and a main rd. The rooms was clean I didn’t check out the breakfast as I had to meet my contractor early morning. If I ever had to stay in my hometown I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. For out of town guest it’s not far from RSW and has more around it then a hotel right next to the airport in my opinion.

I thought the property was extremely well maintained, and the front desk staff was very helpful. I took off a point because I thought the breakfast was unexceptional. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

Not our greatest stay, but it gets the job done. We only slept there and didn't make use of anything else.

We were visiting my grandfather at Gulf Coast hospital, we we able to visit with him and have plenty of food options, plus FMB is only 20 mins away so we were able to go to beach also.

This is an older hotel that has gone through some renovations. It was well-maintained & clean with great staff. It's in a great location near restaurants & stores. I recommend that they consider replacing the heavy carpet & installing wood plank flooring. My room smelled very musty & was humid, although the a/c worked well. Carpets hold germs, bacteria, etc & it's not healthy, particularly for people with allergies & other health concerns.
