The property is very centrally located for shopping; however, my stay was just okay. While the staff was friendly and attempted to address each issue, these nuances caused me to lower my score. We had to make a number of trips to the front desk: first to change the room due to the comfort of the bed and external noise, and then for a shower issue. On top of that, we still had to ask for the room to be cleaned, despite a sign stating that housekeeping is provided every other day. We stayed seven nights, and the room was cleaned only once.

All the hotel staff are very good people and helpful. The interior appearance of the building scratched. walls and an elevator in poor aesthetic condition. the room smelled of dampness. the room walls were damaged or scratched. the breakfast ending time is at 9 am that is to early, should be at least until 11 am

Everything went well. The only thing was that the bathroom was clogged all the time.
