Homewood Suites by Hilton - Fort Myers

I wasted my time and money making arrangements for a room that I ultimately couldn’t use because of a policy I was never made aware of. It’s incredibly frustrating to find this out after the fact, rather than being told upfront during the booking process. If there is an age requirement, it needs to be clearly communicated to customers before they book. I would not have made the reservation if I had known. Very frustrating experience, and I feel like this could have easily been avoided with better communication.

Loved our stay family of 5..very clean and an amazing staff. It had a full breakfast with fresh fruit oatmeal eggs anything you could want for breakfast and they continuously replenished it with fresh food delicious coffee I give it a excellent rating. We will definitely stay again in this place if we are ever in the area again in the Fort Myers area and it was just a wonderful stay and the staff was excellent in The breakfast staff was amazing..the head kitchen staff Hannah was delightful

Wonderful hotel and my kids loved the fish tank in the lobby. We only stayed two nights but we will definitely be staying here for future trips.

Poor shower. Takes very long for hot water and a small amount of water. The breakfast room was too small for the amount of guests. We had to go back up again to our room and get back later in the hope that we could get a table.

Great hotel and great location

I would never stay here again. After checkout I was fraudulently charged a smoking fee. I am NOT a smoker and have never smoked anything in my life. I will fight this charge all the way to corporate. They are liars and unethical at this hotel.

Room was clean and very spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable.

With the free breakfast, you can't go wrong. The room was huge and we'll laid out. The property was well maintained and along the main strip.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The entire staff provided outstanding service and made us feel so welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recomended!

Excellent quality, cleanliness & services

The toilet became plugged, and they didn’t leave enough towels for us to shower. Then when we called the front desk they never brought them to us. The breakfast was always hot and variety was good. Would like to have seen more pastries on the breakfast bar.
