My overall experience at this hotel was ok. I didn't feel the warmth with the staff, not super friendly. Front desk staff wasn't rude, however not customer service friendly either. The room was ready and clean except for the bed, the sheets had a stain on it, They sent someone right away to change the bedding. This will not be my choice of hotel to stay in again.

Room was clean and quiet. Great location to everything. Restaurant on location was a plus and the warm chocolate chip cookies!

The hotel was fairly average, but clean and well kept. The real standout was the staff...super friendly and helpful. Everyone from the front desk to maintenance to people you'd meet in the hall and servers in the restaurant were fantastic.

Staff were excellent. Rooms are clean but the water pressure was not very good. Other than that, no complaints. We go to that side once a month for business and will definitely stay there again.
