Doubletree by Hilton Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops

Started off with the hotel, giving me a king size bed with a sofa bed when I originally booked a room with two queen size bed beds. Then through my Hilton Honors I began check-in and I chose my room 437 and I arrived and they gave me room 334….

It was ok. AC was not cold even when turned down to 67. Still was humid in room for some reason. Water took forever !… legit like 5-6 min to get warm enough to shower and even longer to get “hot”. Overall was clean and nice. Very good location

And, of course, one of my favorite things about this hotel is that they always have good, affordable deals, so please keep them that way! LOL! Last but not least, the sports bar is pretty cool, and almost everyone is always ready to greet you with a smile while serving you. Overall, always a nice stay!

The staff was super nice and helpful! Check in literally took 2 mins and I loveeeeeeeee the warm chocolate chip cookies at check in you can ask for as many as you want! Also complimentary water bottles in the room, bed was comfy and very clean! The water pressure in the shower was also amazing! My bf and I only stayed one night bc we had a concert near by but if back in this area I would definitely re book this hotel

Overall great place for the value. I love the location and the walkability to restaurants and bars. This was my 2nd time staying here and I wouldn't mind staying every time we come to Fort Myers. The pool is nice too.

Everything was very good!!

The staff was very helpful and caring. The all day coffee and tasty cookies were a bonus. The pool is small. There was only one elevator working. The room was okay clean. It could’ve been better. The bathroom was tiny and had a weird set up. The shower was very slim and trying to turn on the shower you get all wet or ice cold water shooting on you. The safe didn’t work either. An overnight stay is the max for this hotel.

Staff were very nice. The carpet in the room smelled horrible. The shower head in the bathroom came out of the wall and water was spraying everywhere; staff sent someone right away to fix it. Overall the stay was okay. Very close to everything.
