This is an amazing hotel. The staff are helpful and kind. They have delicious cookies 24/7. They are also located in a great area. They are within walking distance to a mall and a movie theater. Above all, I feel safe at all hours. Highly recommend it.

My overall experience at this hotel was ok. I didn't feel the warmth with the staff, not super friendly. Front desk staff wasn't rude, however not customer service friendly either. The room was ready and clean except for the bed, the sheets had a stain on it, They sent someone right away to change the bedding. This will not be my choice of hotel to stay in again.
