We liked the pool and the cleanliness of the rooms. Staff did not se to friendly. Did not greet us when we came in at any time

Came into town late and expected to get a Hilton quality hotel and that it wasn’t. I prefer Hyatt every time. Our toilet overflowed first thing in the morning. The maintenance man was super quick to get up there. But they left wet towels on the floor and also water on the floor. I had to request to be removed to a new room which they finally did. And we really had no other problems in the room. I did walk through the lobby two or three times right past the front desk and not one employee said anything to me whatsoever. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves. This will be our last stay at any Hilton resort

Staff were fantastic the WHOLE time, not just on check in & check out. Rooms were clean and cozy. My only complaint was the bed was uncomfortable after 1 night but I’m used to a foam mattress & springs are brutal now, so to each their own. Otherwise, loved the property & would stay again.

Not any better than a Holiday Inn/Baymont Inn. Front desk told was breakfast was free…. Cost over $80. Asked for 2 towels, never got them. Booked through Expedia and was charged through Expedia and on the credit card I gave for “incidentals”.
