Americas Best Value Inn Ft. Myers

Clean but old. Rooms could use updating, painting and updating. Maids came daily and did a good job.

Clean and comfortable.

I like the space not bad. I also like the breakfast. The person who made the breakfast. The receptionist, they are impolite. They talked very bad to me. They offense me last two times. I was disappointed.

The room size was nice.

The room is very case but there were no plugins for a USB port except on the radio the telephone didn't work the TV it wasn't come on I called four times the front desk and nobody came to fix it or offered to change rooms it was total disappointment I want to watch the soccer game and enjoying myself and the TV wouldn't work The telephone and a TV did not work the TV would not come on it wasn't the remote the remote head the lights on it so that wasn't it it was the TV would not come on at all

It was clean and convenient with an excellent pool! Stayed there for 2 nights and we had absolutely no problems with the room itself. The beds were comfortable and the AC was fabulous in this FL heat! They had free WiFi and a continental breakfast (2 waffle makers, a few pastries, cereal, and white bread for toast. Coffee and OJ/Apple juice were also available) so if you’re wanting more there’s a place about 10 minutes away called Skillets that’s definitely worth the drive for breakfast. There wasn’t a physical person checking you in or out it was all done by a tablet in the lobby.

We had to pivot our vacation plans and hurriedly booked this hotel at 8pm. The check in kiosk with the virtual attendant was different than I’d expected, but each time I had to speak with someone, it was quick and the three gentlemen I spoke with were very nice. I did like that aspect. The room was okay for what we paid as Expedia Members. The floors were extremely dirty; our socks and feet turned black from walking around, it took us 2 hours to get the air conditioner fixed and finally cooled off the room, there was a dehumidifier near the bathroom that did not work which caused the room faintly smelled of mildew. The toilet flushing was extremely aggressive, loud, and rattled the toilet.

Hotel did not help out with anything. Was not able to stay at hotel

Very safe and many security cameras around facility

being stranded in airports for the last 24 hours. The room was clean, bathroom clean, fridge clean, however the couch was peeling, and the water in the shower was lukewarm. I could overlook those things because i was a drivable distance to the beach, in a paradise, and it was affordable in an emergency. Just be ware that the hotel is right next to a night club that plays loud music late into the night.

Great place nice staff good deal and very nice pool

On one side of the hotel, there is a club so if you go on that side of the hotel, you’ll get no sleep on the other side of the hotel. There is no club. They need to let people know because they don’t get the music off till 2 AM in the morning.

Very quiet at night. I would definitely stay there again. They refused to accept the Florida tax exempt certificate.

It’s not a hotel it’s more like a motel ‼️ we didn’t get in the pool it was dirty looking water was cloudy.

Comfy beds and clean bathroom I will come back thanks

It has a great value because place is clean and rooms are clean for the price not bad Lack of staff to supervise or help our experience was with a monitor
