This okay is just okay. Somewhat rundown and old. People constantly sitting outside the front of the building that look like they are selling drugs. I would look elsewhere.

When I arrived to the front desk the front desk manager sent someone to check on the king size bed that I originally booked and the employee returned and told the manager it was not ready. Then the manager on duty at the time I arrived after my late flight said he was going to give me an upgrade on the 1st floor with double beds. I know the two double beds was not an upgrade but because of a long day I attempted to rest in the so called upgraded room I had major trouble sleeping from the smell of mold and mildew and could not sleep. I advised the front desk that I was unable to stay for the second night because of the awful smell and checked out at 11am. The front desk advised to reach out to the returning mod at 3pm to discuss a refund for the second night. I was told by hotels.com that an urgent message was sent to the manager in regards to the deplorable condition of the room I didn’t get for my original booking and when I contacted the manager she stated that no email was received. I had an extensive message thread with hotel.com that stated she was not answering her phone and denied any emails from them.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is old and dirty. The towels in our room were dirty and had large stains and so did one of our pillows. The staff at the front desk often walk away and you have to wait for them to come back to get help. There is a sticker in the room stating the housekeeping policy is every 3rd day of your stay but they entered our room after the first night we were there when we were out! They changed the trash and made the bed but also left behind some trash that wasnt ours.. The walls are very thin here so if you are a light sleeper beware of that. Breakfast is included but its a very small selection: waffles, toast, cereal and oats. And it sucks that its only open till 9am, people are on vacation and want to sleep in! Parking was good, and the hotel is in a really nice area with lots of restaurants and things to do near.

Bed made so much noise moving around , the floor was breaking apart , bugs in the room in the sink . They stop making eggs for breakfast. If you need a cheap place to stay that’s the spot

Great stay. Rooms were cleaned, pool was nice and clean. Only gave one washcloth in room with 4 guests, which was weird.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work.

Everything was great, the facilities and the service were excellent. The price was very good, I was very satisfied and would like to return again in the future.

A few things to note all the doors were not in fact locked 24 hours a day or locked at all. Sunday night we came back from dinner and out air conditioner was not working. I went to the front desk to let them know and was told they would notify maintenance. Almost 2 hours later no maintenance in site so I figured out what the problem was and fixed myself.

Burn marks in the sheets - didn’t see the $100 hold in my card, called asked if they got the money the front desk says yes ..the next day i get a call asking to come to the front desk for the hold. 6/10

Great hotel and staff. Breakfast was perfect. Room was comfy and spacious.

I pre-paid for a room prior to arrival unaware that the room was on the second floor with no elevator. My husband and I both are seniors with one using a walker, needless to say there was no time to change the room to a lower floor. I had to get all our belongs with no assistance to the second floor which was very challenging. The floor was a wooden floor with lots of unbalance dips in the floor causing us multiple times to trip. I reported the floor and the TV issue when we checked out. The breakfast offered was very limited. They truly need to correct these issues.

Did not stay there. Chose the extended stay instead. Quality inn did not look as advertised online. Smelled like smoke and the room was very muggy.

The hotel pics were deceiving! The staff was unprofessional. The room had bugs, the pool was dirty! The sheets had holes in it! I want my money back!!!!!!
