The room was nice The pool and grounds needed a major overhaul. Facility is old. Our first morning, there was no food for breakfast. We had to go through 3 remotes and the 4rd one still didn’t work even when the maintenance man came.

Its a much older hotel and it looks like it. The Air conditioner in the room was working and you could hear it. They only had one person trying to handle breakfast in the morning, cleaning, cooking, restocking, customer service and that was an impossible task even if there were only 10-20 people there. We ended up going out to breakfast because they ran out of food and I didn't want to further stress out the man who was clearly already stressed. This is our brand of hotel we stay at for all of our Disney Trips and this one wasn't quite what we expected when compared to the Orlando counterparts.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Loved the Queen Suite with kitchen amenities. Limited checking, checkout parking.

The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable for adults, though small children could certainly use it. Water pressure in the shower is low, and the bathtub is very slippery. Otherwise, the staff is excellent and always ready to help. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Overall, the hotel looks great, as does the room itself and its appliances.

I generally lower my expectations when staying at Marriotts compared to Hilton/Hampton. This hotel was the exception. The breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel, they even had pumpkin seeds and craisins for the oatmeal. Room was perfect.

Everything was great except the breakfast. The room, property, staff, location, cleanliness, were all fantastic. The breakfast area is super tiny. Everyone huddled around an 8ft space galley. For below average breakfast.
