Good area, clean and good breakfast spread Bathroom was for handicap and had no where to keep the toiletries. We did not ask nor need a handicap facility.

Breakfast fresh & adequate for our needs. Room extremely clean & bed comfortable. Motel kept up nicely & easy parking. Staff friendly & knowledgeable & very helpful

The staff were excellent, kind and friendly. The room and hotel was very clean and you are even welcomed in by a pleasant smell. The breakfast each morning was great. Only thing notable is that the hotel is older and it shows in the bathrooms. The tub and toilet are separate and the lighting dull and so is the color of the tub. But still very clean.

Our restroom bathtub got flooded while I was showering. It was so dirty! No again!

When I reported the issue to the front desk and requested to speak with the manager, I was informed that she was unavailable due to medical treatments and would contact me later. I completely understand that her health and well-being must come first. However, I would have appreciated a follow-up from another member of management regarding the situation. Given the inconvenience of having to relocate rooms during our stay, I believe a partial credit would have been appropriate. Overall, I felt the situation could have been handled more effectively from a customer service standpoint.

Solid hotel with friendly staff and a decent breakfast.

I remember this was Wessley Inn back in the days when I use to come to Ft.Myers it was a pleasure to stay her great breakfast nice friendly front desk service

very clean, breakfast was awesome

Simple, comfortable, clean. An elevated 'basic' hotel stay! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel -- modern foyer, outdoor tables for breakfast, nice breakfast spread, comfortable bed, good water pressure, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even got a little welcome bag of water and pretzels. Would stay again! AC was quite loud so we turned it off at night, which made the room a bit stuffy.

Wry nice breakfast, nice people

I like this hotel very much. The room we got this time around was a little on the musty odor but not so much that it’ll deter me from using this hotel again. Location is great, staff is great, breakfast is good and overall it’s a great hotel to stay at.
