The property was clean and people very friendly. I would stay again!

After leaving an abysmally maintained hotel about 3 miles away, I rebooked within the same 1/2 hour into this one and drove straight there. It’s in a safe area, has good security and was very clean (though they are renovating the entryway carport). Some things in the hotel are a wee bit dated but there are signs of updating throughout. The property was very clean and my room was excellent. The staff who greeted me at 8pm were pleasant and helpful. The bistro on site also provided me with some great food the following night.

Overall had a nice time..I was not told in advance that there was new ownership and the liquor license was not transferred, so no alcohol was available. Air conditioner had to be broken because I’ve never heard an Air Conditioner make sounds like that, it was as if a jet engine was starting and stopping very annoying .Made it very difficult to sleep.

We had stayed that on Friday, we had three big roaches on the room we killed, bought food from the lobby very nasty over cooked, two packs of ketchup had mold on it and I left the two packs in front of the TV for them to see. Yes I should have went to the front desk and said something but it was super late and I was exhausted. But I don't know if I really would stay there again...

All tile floors didn’t feel clean…my feet were always sliding in bathroom and lobby.

Couldn't get my room cleaned with 4 day stay. Only amenity was pool and not even free coffee in lobby. Just okay. It worked.

Room

The glass doors were too thin and we could hear the traffic as if the doors were opened, especially at night. The minifridge seemed to have a timer and it was cool but never cold. Also, the sofa bed's mattrees was uncomfortable and it had no sheets, so I had to go downstairs to pick them up. Finally, our room had a door leading to the room besides ours and we could hear each other at multiple times. The place is ok for adults that just want to sleep over the night but not suitable for families with kids.
