Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Myers - Colonial Blvd

Room was nice and clean. Mattress was well used needs replacing. Breakfast was disappointing however. Not much of a selection. Food was warm but not hot like it should be. Good coffee. Usually Hampton Inns offer a great selection but not at this property. They need to up the game. It’s in my top 3 reasons I choose Hampton Inn’s.

Breakfast was standard , but they can improve by adding fruits like banana / apples etc and yogurt .

What I like most about the property is the staff, brand new , room spacious and very clean.

The only complaint was the internet. The gentleman who check me in 6/24/26 at 100pm, I believe was Seth? But, he was insanely kind, funny and very helpful. Thank you! You made me me feel comfortable and laugh!

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Property looked to be extremely well maintained. Nothing looked worn out or dirty. Staff was friendly. Check in was smooth and efficient. Parking was adequate--no driving around endlessly looking for a space. Breakfast was pretty much the standard fare for hotel breakfasts. Everything was hot and fresh. There was really nothing to dislike. Would just offer the idea that if they would offer pancakes alongside the waffles, breakfast would go from being satisfactory to outstanding.

Hotel was nice, bed was super comfortable, and it was clean. The breakfast potatoes were not hot and it would have been better with a variety of fresh fruit. I would stay there again.

Property was clean and convenient for our plans. A/C was ok but didn't get as cold as I keep mine at home. I think they might have a controller on it but it was not a inconvenience and still was comfortable.

Very nice stay, the building was beautiful, well maintained, staff was courteous and our room was spotless, we will be back !!

The property was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing. The food for breakfast was amazing.. The staff was very friendly and helpful and polite. The amenities were great. I will definitely be back.

Breakfast was amazing, comfortable clean room comfy and helpful staff.

Good place to stay few nights, staff was very kind and helpful, my only issue was the ac unit a bit louder at least in our room, but the rest of the experience was good.

The room and hotel were spic and span! Comfy beds! If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that they did not have any ice in the eating area for breakfast in the morning. When I asked someone, they told me to go up to the second floor.

The hotel is well kept. I wish the breakfast would have more options.
