Well, at 2 in the morning I get back to my room and the key was not working. I went to the front desk and they reactivated but when I went back to my room the key still was not working, so that make me very upset because it was late and was tired. Also that morning I asked the cleaning lady to come back later and she dismissed it.

Great place to stay was the 2nd time I stayed at one. Both were in different states & nice & clean.

When my husband arrived the guy at the front desk was very helpful and asked which floor we wanted we were unsure. He gave us the second floor. We loved our stay. Our room and even the complimentary breakfast. We will come back here if we're back in ft. Myers

Awesome recommend to everyone

The AC unit was very load compared to the last time I stayed. This hotel needs to have regular maintenance and it shows it’s not getting done beyond the front entry. Also found black hair in the bathroom sink and I do not have black hair. It’s sickening to see that the cleaning staff doesn’t do a great job like expected from a Hilton property.

Pool area was great - grill area was great - Gym was great - Hallways did have an odd odor.

The hotel overall was satisfactory, with a diverse breakfast selection. However, our experience during check-in was significantly impacted by the front desk clerk, who displayed a lack of friendliness and professionalism throughout the process. When we encountered an issue with missing ice bucket, I contacted the clerk, who responded in a dismissive manner and instructed me to go downstairs to retrieve one. Given that we were already in our pajamas, I politely inquired whether it was necessary for me to go, but the response was curt and lacked empathy. My husband, who accompanied me, also expressed dissatisfaction with the interaction. The clerk demonstrated a limited understanding of customer service standards, and the interaction was notably uncomfortable due to a lack of courtesy and professionalism. Regrettably, no apology was offered, which further diminished the overall experience. Given this encounter, we are uncertain whether we will return and require the assistance of a more accommodating staff member in the future.

Nice room

Everything was fantastic! We stayed for a weekend tournament and stayed in a suite that was fabulous with separate lounge area, kitchenette and huge restroom with walk-in shower; will definitely use this hotel and their others like it in the future. All staff were fabulous.

Overall, the property was nice. Plenty of space in the room. Very spacious bathroom. The only downfall was I arranged a late checkout, and had DO NOT DISTURB sign on door, and housekeeping knocked loudly on door with sign on door early in morning and woke us up. This was the thing thatcmade me upset, because we had a long drive ahead of us.
