Woodspring Suites Fort Myers - Cape Coral

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I stayed for about a week and it was a comfortable, clean and pleasant stay. I look here first for future visits to the area.

The room was clean but there were dead roaches in the hallway that had been there for some time. There was no soap in the room to wash your hands. I was told they don't provide that, or shampoo. I didn't know that ahead of time or I would have brought some. The staff was friendly. The hotel was secure. But I will not stay in another one again.

Stayed to visit my partner out of town. Great size and price, full service kitchenette. Service was great, everything was ready and easy to check in and simple check out. 10/10 around the board, will definitely stay again.

First off when it came time to check in it wasnt anyone at the front desk we pick the phone that was in the lobby nobody picking up so we never got a chance to stay in had to find another hotel to stay at ..Not happy about it

When I checked in My TV did not work. The manager has no customer service skills. Very unfriendly, when I told her that my t v wasn't working. She said she would come up and check it, but I would have to leave the room. While she did that and told me that if it didn't work, I would have to wait until the next day. So I said so I have to go out without television for the night very rudely told me, she can refund my money, and I can leave the room had no shampoo conditioner. No body wash anything I needed. I would have to get from the front it was very uncomfortable. I will never ever stay at this hotel ever again. That manager needs to be fierd

The entire hotel smells good, the staff is very professional and friendly.

They go into room when ever they want. According to them you don’t need to know and they follow you on cameras

Full size microwave and refrigerator nice size TV very comfortable room clean and on the newer side it's in a good part of Fort Myers not really any problems around there

The reviews prepared my expectations. Some of the reviews were spot on. This hotel is an extended stay, be prepared to bring EVERYTHING for your stay. Fortunately for me I stayed just 2 nights. Overall, it was good experience.

The staff was helpful during our entire stay. When we first entered our room, the A/C was malfunctioning. The staff moved us to another room because maintenance was unavailable at the time. Reception suggested dining options and other local activities. Check-out was smooth. We would stay again at another Woodspring if available.

Second time staying here. Affordable. Clean. And friendly staff. Love that it has so much storage and a full size fridge and stove top. Definitely will be my go to stay when visiting.

Exceptional

Stayed for three nights. The heat in the room would randomly turn on, and the TV would randomly turn off. My keycard got disabled a night early so I had to bug the host to re-enable it before I could return to my room. There was a dead roach on the floor when I entered the room. As bare bones as it gets, but for the price it could be a cot on the side of the road for all I care.
