I can't stand the smell of smoking. The smell of smoke was so terrible, and they asked me not to smoke in the room. So funny 😁

Sheets were dirtyy, toilet was dirty, shower head has like mold

I'd stay there another night.

Everything is pretty close by or the city bus passes right by the property.

Both Expedia has not followed up with me on this reservation. As we decided not to stay it was so nasty and had roaches and stained sheets as well as blood and mud on the floor and fire ants all over the bathroom

Cozy + Comfortable + Quiet. Cable TV with many channels to choose from. Excellent staff very friendly and pleasant. ??

Very clean room, friendly staff and close to shopping and food.

Didn't like it at all.... Paint chipping off wall in room, tub was rusting out half roll of tp ran out second morning. Housekeeping first morning just opened door no knock just said sorry and close door didn't ask if I needed anything. Stanes on towel and bed spread. Worst place I have ever stayed... Never again.

Best part is a lot of great places to visit within walking distance. If not public transportation passes right by to get to almost anywhere in fort Myers and cape Coral. Not far from downtown either.

Not good. I get it. You get what you pay for. It was cheap and one night. But if you’re staying more than one night I wouldn’t advise. Sticky floors, stains on the bed sheets, rust all over bathtub, stained and old shower curtain, room smelled, pool is not in service. The first person at the office I spoke with questioned the price I paid. I told him I booked it on Expedia. I would stay at an Extended Stay or Howard Johnson before this place.
