Holiday Inn Fort Myers - Downtown Area by IHG

Good location for me. Cute pool. The hotel charged me full price even though their breakfast, gym and little pantry were non existent. Under renovations. Nobody offered to compensate in any way. Disappointing.

I didn’t like anything. The property is disgusting under renovation. It should be taken off the website. I haven reserved 2 Nights. The 2nd day didn't clean my room or made my beds. In Room 129.The restaurant was closed because\n Renovation. Which 2 days I Pay For breakfast. the hallway, going to my room was messy. Which did not tell me that they haven't Finish on remound the hotel. So I believe a hotel should let me know what's going on. And I should get\n A refund or something to make up for my stay.

This is our go to hotel anytime we go out in downtown Fort Myers. Its close and convenient. There is a dunkin donuts right in the parking lots. Friendly staff. Clean. Hotel. Getting remodeled as well.

From the start, we checked into Holiday Inn in fort. Myers, and it's that complementary breakfast and swimming pool. Nice rooms, okay, check-in no restaurant. Then, we gotta find somewhere to have breakfast. Because you charged us for breakfast. That comes with our rooms and there was no restaurant. Also I had to reserve towels. The night before, so I could get clean towels in the morning, which was totally ridiculous. They told me I'd check in. I should have made a reservation for towels. I never heard never heard of such a thing. I probably won't ever stay here again. Because it was that ridiculous for the price. I believe that totally not worth a hundred something dollars I paid. Have a nice day, ro I didn't like the whole stay

The staff were very helpful and the products were fantastic. The hotel is going under a complete renovation so just be prepared for that but during this time they definitely overcompensate by friendliness and preparation and awareness. The location makes up for the inconvenience.
