everything was as good as possible -- great location -

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the suite and the bed was excellent.

We killed a few in the first room then requested another room and it was worse. Staff was very polite but could not get me a roach free room. Because of this I did not unpack cause I didnt want roaches in my stuff and we did not sleep well cause we were unfortable with the fact that theses roaches were around. In my first room there was a large one on the bed. Staff nice, property maintained , but just could not get over the bugs

Friendly staff and helpful.Good breakfast. Clean better around edges of everything. Shampoo bottle was empty. A/C was leaking on the floor.

We have stayed here before with no issues at all. Staff are great and helpful. We enjoyed the indoor pool, especially when it began to rain. We have stayed here before with no issue.This time, we ended up finding a few baby to medium roaches, which we did not encounter the first time we stayed. Hoping that the issue gets resolved.

Dirty bathroom with little roach and strong humidity smell in room.

Close to the job. Got eaten up by bed bugs and told that the pest control didn't find anything so no refund or anything.

I like the desk people always have been nice and accommodating. Rooms are always clean n great for the value. Nothing was a great deal and stay as always..

Breakfast was good. The attendant kept the dining room extremely clean and always had a smile. Our room was very clean. Our room did not have a sofa. This would have been a nice addition to the accessible room.

Convenient location was the only positive. Choose any other option in the area. BED BUGS - two nighttime employees insisted I switch rooms as they confirmed the insect I delivered to the front desk. Next day the manager said they would refund my stay pending confirmation of infestation. Week later, they said the test was negative. Simply unacceptable, unprofessional and gross. The room they moved me to, they said was newly painted and serviced. The toilet was broken and I had to fill the tank myself to get it to flush. The breakfast was sad- brown bananas, dried out oranges, no yogurt. When asked for healthier options, the staff lied and said it was ordered. I heard her ask her supervisor the next day if she could order yogurt.
