    The bed was comfortable The room smelled of cigarettes. The trash cans were full in the room when we first arrived. There were no towels or toilet paper and the lock on the door was broken. The curtains were full of cigarette burns and holes.

    The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. I couldn’t figure out the tv and he came and helped me with that. The room was very clean. If I go on another Cruise out of Ft. lauderdale. I will stay there again!

    Don’t stay here, IDC how broke you air just don’t stay here it’s not even cheap. It DEF NOT worth 300 dollars for 2 nights. Clerk gave me the wrong key 2 times. Gave me room that’s wasn’t even clean yet then gave me one where i had to wait 30 minteus for the room to be cleaned trash breakfast. pool had a lot leaves and smelled like chlorine, their are many hotels in literally next door do those. I AM BEGGING U TO NOT COME HERE. also so many drug addicted and people walking in the night

    We were coming into town for my father’s funeral and checked in late at night. We were exhausted and had nowhere else to go, so we tried to just sleep and get through the night. The condition of the room was immediately concerning. There were holes in the walls, visible garbage, strange stains throughout, and half of the fixtures did not work. It did not feel clean or properly maintained at all. The worst part happened while I was holding my four month old baby. A roach was ON MY FACE. Not just one either, there were MULTIPLE roaches in the room. That was the breaking point. THIS IS NOT a clean or safe environment, especially for a baby. We packed up and checked out as soon as we realized what we were dealing with. I spoke to the night staff when we left and he apologized and acknowledged how unacceptable the situation was. I was also on the phone with Expedia during this entire process, and they confirmed that I checked out. Despite this, the hotel is now claiming that I never checked out. Even with documentation and confirmation, they continue to deny it, which is extremely concerning. The customer service throughout this situation has been very unprofessional and unacceptable. Between the unsanitary conditions and the way this has been handled, I would not trust this place at all. Guests deserve basic cleanl

    Absolutely horrendous property. Very few guests here for a reason. There was absolutely no customer service. My room had a horrible odor as well. Awful!

    It was close to highway and convenient to leave every morning. Food was close by. Rooms need to be upgraded. Very old and wasn’t real clean. Strangers having in parking lot and not going to rooms.

    This Quality Inn location should either be fully gutted and renovated or demolished. Although I did not request a smoking room, I was told that nothing else was available, when I complained at the desk. The room wreaked with the stench of smoking. It was dingy, dirty, stained, needed a good paint job. The ONLY reason I stayed was because the ben had fresh linen and was clean enough. However, I could not wait to check out and leave. NEVER AGAIN!

    Filthy. Drug infested. Room was gross with water pouring out of toilet and bugs. Smelled. Very unsafe. DONT BOOK here. I was exhausted and I’m usually flexible. This was too gross so I left within minutes and requested money back from front door manager. Stayed on phone the whole time because of fear(not like me). Yes it was that bad.WORST place I’ve ever been too.

    W Water temperature and pressure, not hot and pressure loow. Fire alarm unit not working, hanging from ceiling, outside unit.

    Good ac, clean sheets, friendly staff, not the nicest/newest room but good location off the freeway to stop for a night. Breakfast had yogurts, toast, cereal and waffles
