Clean room everything was nice

10 thumbs down. Sheets wasn’t changed under renovations and place is a hot mess.

This hotel are under onstruction repairing, are even reparing at night time, maybe could do better after their construction repair.

It was very welcoming. Staff was very nice and check in was super fast. The ac in our room wasn't cold enough. And the towels are way too hard. Also there was like some construction going on inside the hotel and we could hear it around 5am.

Trash all over the property. Sketchy people hanging outside all night. Won’t stay here again.

The only drawback was breakfast-which time was to 9:00am. I arrived at the breakfast station, 8:40am-there was only “leftovers,” & NO MILK, NO WAFFLE MIX, two overcooked sausages with a spoonful of scrambled eggs-I was NOT HAPPY!

There was no hot water when we first arrived. They said they didnt know when it would be fixed. The showed leaked and the wall was cracked in the shower also. The was "fixed" however it never really got hot. The pool water was warmer. When we decided to go in the pool, there was a snake in it.

The room smell mold and the carpet was dirty and old. He look like it was recently flooded.

Refrigerator in my first room didn’t work and ac wasn’t working either so I had to pack back up and switch rooms an hour into my stay
