Americas Best Value Inn Florida Turnpike & I-95

It’s better than the motel 6 next door for the same price. The pool is good. The rooms are clean and they give you shampoo etc. It’s fine really. If you are traveling and don’t want to spend the money, it’s totally worth it.

Never went in , shopping carts, homeless people, cockroaches ? running up the building, people banging on doors, everything like a ghetto, the building should be torn down !!! The place should not be allowed to stay in business

I never seen the breakfast They could have clean the rooms move things when they clean them and they need to have somebody come out and spray for roaches because they are infested with roaches

Seemed like a drug neighborhood. Dirty room that smelled bad. Felt unsafe. Trash everywhere. Not good.

This place looks like had better days a couple decades ago…they key machine was down so they was unable to provide you with one.If you go out you need to ask them again open for you.

I was rather impressed with how nice the room for the price and the girl at the front desk was very helpful and kind.

Room very clean, comfortable bed Old property needing many repairs and updates

Nothing but coffee in the morning. Then no coffee the rest of the day like every hotel I have ever stayed at. No breakfast at all. Nothing. There were people living full time at the hotel. I could smell weed and cigarettes all of the time. Cigarette butts all over the ground in front of my room and elsewhere. The room was desperate for a good deep cleaning.

Everything n Nothing

Terrible area, smokey smelling dirty room, dirty sheets what looked to be old blood or feces, microwave and fridge not wiped down. As soon as I got in the room I checked the sheets and bed because the room looked so terrible. This looked nothing like the description or pictures. We left immediately, never stayed and we let the front desk and booking know right away. Looks like booking isn't going to help with a refund either, they're offering 11 dollar refund of the 100 dollars I paid. This will be my last vacation using booking.

Comfortable bed Little noisy

Hotel has not offered breakfast for 5 years according to desk person. Breakfast is advertised on Booking but it’s not offered. There are no signs explaining that breakfast is not offered, nor is this explained during check in.

Staff did everything they could to accommodate our requests. Very old hotel with heavy smoking atmosphere. Would not stay here again.

The room was clean. And the staff was nice to me.

Staff pleasant Lots.....not easy to get to, there was a dilapidated building in front of the hotel, the rooms on the back side don't have parking close, to see your car in this sketchy area the parking spots are across a field like area with no sidewalks to tow your luggage. On the lower level patrons had pulled furniture from their rooms to their doorway sitting half out smoking with doors open. Grocery carts fill of plastic bags near doors. Very uncomfortable!!

The staff was nice. The beds were clean and comfortable. The tv wasn’t clear. The door to enter the room where you put in the key card was held up by tape. The bathroom faucets had mold around it. The tub had like black marks and had stain spots around it. There was a roach in the bathroom.
