The breakfast was alright and beds was comfortable The Customer service, the lady at the front desk she was very rude wasn’t polite was it smiling? She accuse IKEA of spilling water in the hallway and it was a mess that came out the pool her cousin service was bad in the bathroom when you’re using the restroom when you look up, it’s what a drip in front of ceiling mildew around the toilet tools in the sink.

The property was very good. The staff was very good. The location was hard to find

All the staff I interacted with were kind. I only stayed a single night but the room was gross and smelled bad. There was mold in the bathroom, a random toothpaste cap in the sink and my friend even said the sheets were initially damp due to the humidity in the room. My friend did enjoy the breakfast and parking was easy.

The halls and the room had a very strong mold/mildew smell. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. They took a $50 deposit, although I paid in advance through Expedia, that was to be returned upon checkout. However, six days later, the deposit has not been returned.
