We killed several roaches in our room. The staff itself was very apologetic, but they could do nothing...We asked for a different room. When we went to inspect the other room, I was getting ready to leave.And I saw a roach in the bathroom....

Clean everything.

The room was really clean. It was a nice suite and very roomy. Had some pest. Nothing big just three small pest. Other than that, the bathroom was nice and clean plus they had a pool. There was also a small gym.

Location was great. The first night there someone tried to get in the room but I had the latch on so they couldn't open the door. The second day housekeeping took all the sheets and pillow cases off the bed and didn't make the bed up. I came in at 10pm and had to go to the front desk and report it. Then I was given sheets to make up the bed myself.

Always nice clean comfortable. Nice Area. Always stay here. We are very satisfied . I didn't like when I arrived they cancelled my reservation. I was traveling. You can't pin point the exact time you will arrive. When I called the CSR told me I was fine. And they stilled cancelled.
