Helpful, pleasant front desk staff. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning. My room was near the elevator and I heard lots of slamming doors that made sleep difficult.

Comfy and clean, but nothing fancy, which was fine with me. Friendly staff. Annoying music in the lobby. Pretty good breakfast (bananas would be a good addition). Convenient to the interstate, plus restaurants and shopping. Could use a little TLC.

When we first walked in, the furniture was out of its place.. no big deal we thought. But then it wasn’t even an hour after settling in, we see a huge roach coming out of the back of the mirror on the wall… my husband kills it & then we see another smaller one behind the TV. We ended up telling the front desk, they offered to move us to another room, we go into the other room & the AC was not working. We ended up just leaving and getting a refund. The lady at the front desk was very kind & it wasn’t her fault whatsoever.

Pulled the sheet and the mattress is very dirty (hair, crumbs, etc…) Remotes have tape holding the batteries in. Cracks on features, etc… I dont know how this place has a 8.4 - Think there are people living there as well. Multiple bare feet folks walking around. 10/10 won’t stay again.

On arrival, TV remote had a large piece of yellow tape on it holding it together and it did not work. Called the desk and they brought another taped-up remote which worked. Breakfast layout was nice, but potatoes were dried out and egg-cheese omelet was tasteless. Coffee was good, though. No ice machine anywhere in building; they had a plastic bag of ice in the office area. Staff was not friendly, but helpful. The workout area was clean and nice looking, but did not have time to use it. Probably will not use this hotel again.

Great hotel, quiet, good breakfast and great parking for trucks/ppl who haul units. Great location for the work site we needed to be at that week.

I didn’t like that the pool was dirty I had to clean it several times to be able to swim in it. It was full of stuff from the trees and bugs all the time and every time I used it I had to clean it myself.
