The staff was nice and helpful with any questions we asked the all together was great.

The ice machine was broken, the sink was extremely loose, the floors were dirty, and the “queen” beds were noticeably smaller than expected. The large bathroom only had napkins available for drying your hands instead of proper hand towels. The only positive was that the staff was friendly and courteous.

Remodeled since the last time I stayed a few years back. Clean and comfortable suite. Plenty of parking. Complete breakfast.

The room was clean, the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was hot & fresh. This is my go to hotel when I am in the area. Very convenient location right off the hwy. The pool is nice and I like that the fencing makes it a more private experience.

They made we wait to check in with my bags in hand while they were helping somebody fix their laptop problems. They said they assumed even though I was holding bags that I was already staying there. Nothing seem to work ij the room - the TV would not work and kept coming in and out after 3 attempts to go to front desk to trouble shoot it. The lights wouldn’t turn off. The coffee maker in the room was broken and they didn’t know how to fix. Finally, upon check out I accidentally left my bag in their parking lot but they never called or did any investigative work to see who may have left the bag. I had to drive many hours back to retrieve it. The breakfast was horrible. The coffee was very cold. The lady working the breakfast never smiled even once.

The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled nice. The breakfast buffet had many options including bacon, hash browns, and eggs as well as waffles and other typical hotel breakfast foods. Overall a great stay.
