La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Stockton Northeast

Loved the size of room, very roomy and hard floors were great. The bed was very poor though, had a king size bed, and right side of it was completely sunken in, had no life left in it. And should be replaced. Also the door to the bathroom would not lock. But other than that loved the room and would come back again but hopefully have a better bed.

They charged $25 extra for me to have my dog. It is already the most expensive place in town, so I thought that was unnecessary

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the best stay. We were only there for a night and the pictures online are deceiving. It looks newer and fresh from the outside in the lobby, but when you get to the room, mine specifically had cracks in the walls with just painted over the sink in the bathroom did not drain when we stepped on the floor liquid and came out of the floor and it just generally felt dirty in that room l I did bring it up to the front desk and they stated that maintenance was not there they did offer to move us however, we already had a our stuff situated and didn’t want to move since we were driving all day typically stay at LaQuinta for their dog policy, which we like, but I probably will not stay at this one again. Disappointed

We have stayed here on several occasions and it has always been a pleasure to stay here! It’s clean, staff is nice, and the location is convenient for us!

The hallway carpets were stained and unsightly. Ice maker was out of order on my floor. The bath tub was slippery it should be non slip. The breakfast was incomplete no eggs or meats.

The gentleman with the tattoos who works at the front desk was phenomenal and helped us with the issues we had, accommodated us for him being such a great person, I will be coming back here to stay when I come back down.

Had an issue with the hotel, not giving me my reward points for my stay last night and last week July 8-9 too much argumentative and I had to stay with customer care 800 number for an hour and a half and my issue never got resolved about my point

Nice and clean hotel

Stay was very nice but my wife and child both went swimming and then took showers that were 100% cold water. Wife came into the room with h blue lips, I was concerned!

No hot water in the shower

Clean room, staff was excellent, and the breakfast is just OK

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. Clean room nice bed view of the parking lot safe great during travels.

Parking was plentiful. I did not partake in the complimentary continental breakfast. The hotel is very quiet. My overall stay was pleasant

The staff was very friendly and professional. The property was very well maintained and clean.

Check in clerk, Vivi, was great and efficient. However, the lady and a man at the front desk who checked us were not so friendly. Did not smile nor look us in the eyes when she handed the receipt to us.
