Called 5 days before making a reservation due to having twins. I always make sure the property has 2 cribs available. GM confirmed they did. When I went to check in at 9pm front desk said they had 2 cribs but only 1 crib mattress available and I would have to use a comforter as a mattress. I told them I would have to think about it and try to come up with a resolution because having one year-old babies that is not a safe sleeping environment due to SIDS. Front desk contacted general manager, and she advised her to tell me to use a comforter. She then proceeded to call head of housekeeping, and she told the front desk that the GM was aware that they didn’t have two crib mattresses I got on the phone called my husband, and I told the front desk that I will have to talk to my husband to see what we could do since it was already late at night whenever he called back, they told him that they had already canceled my reservation. I don’t think that was very professional due to us not living in fort stockton and we had to look around for a hotel that provided two cribs last minute. If it was gonna be a problem, we could’ve brought our own cribs but we didn’t since they let us know that they had some. I been calling, trying to get a hold of the GM and she seems not to never be on property and not return my calls. I left multiple messages.. This could’ve been easily resolved if the property manager cared enough about her guest.

Clean and quiet, a very good place to stay. Highly recommended.

My shower was not even warm and I had to wash with the sink water that was very warm. No matter how long I ran the shower it never got warm enough to step in. Since the sink got hot water, I believe they limited the shower temperature. Infuriating!

The location Our room smelled musty and the air conditioner wouldn’t get cold.

Great bed and pillows. Clean, quiet, and great aminities.

Beautiful hotel and room No coffee in room, coffee in lobby was like sock water—very weak. Woman working at front desk didn’t care whatsoever either. Also had to move rooms due to noise from upstairs.
