Customer service was top notch, I enjoyed the breakfast, but the air kept turning on and off, the tv turned on by it self at 230am, I had to disconnect it, the alarm on the clock went off at 6. Tough night of sleep, also a lot of slamming doors.

Everything was great - nice, quiet and clean place. Too bad that the pool was not working.

My stay during the summer started with a very nice friendly conversation with the night clerk at check in. The room was very nice and well maintained, breakfast was nice. The item of interest, stay was mid summer and the pool on the property was not maintained, it appeared to not have been set up for use, water in it was not from use and very dirty, there was no cover on the pool. Nice place if you are just stopping over for the night and moving on.

The pool was green and no hot tub as advertised.

The main reason why I’m giving this place only one star is because of the customer service, or lack thereof, that I experienced from the front desk person the day after my stay when I called and asked them to explain an extra charge on my card. They gave me some kind of line about how it was the pet fee, but I had already paid for the Pet fee and had the receipt in front of me, so it was a way for them to charge me extra money after the fact. But the worst part was that when I explained that room 112’s refrigerator froze all of my food, and I lost everything that was fresh, the front desk person literally said to me in a raised voice, “why are you complaining about this?” I think it’s important to let travelers know that if they’re going to use the refrigerator in the room that they should be aware that it’s going to freeze all of their food. I suppose that’s better than the refrigerator not working at all and spoiling all of their food, but when you’re putting fresh fruit and vegetables in the freezer, it’s not going to go well. There was no reason why there should’ve been a yelling match with this front desk person. Also, the icemaker on the first floor never made more than a half bucket of ice.

The rooms had many issues, for example, dirty towels, dirty walls (hand prints), and crumbs on floor and couch. The breakfast was decent.

Clean organized hotel. Staff was friendly, smiling, polite, respectful and knowledgeable.

Staff is always friendly and helpful; rooms are sufficient and clean. Easy access from I-10.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

The cabinet door to the refrigerator was broken off its hinges. I guess for the low price I should not complain. It worked overall just fine for our one night stay.

24 hour coffee and tea station was great. The room was very clean and large! Property was overall very clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great and well maintained.

This hotel was hands down the best value for my money during a recent 4 day cross country move. The room was clean, and well appointed. Sure some of the furniture was a bit warn and the pool was drained but I was only looking for a place to lay my head for the night. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was even a dedicated parking area for oversized vehicles nextdoor that made parking my truck and car trailer easy.

Great value, well located

The property definitely is an old property that needs to be updated. The room and furniture were definitely outdated and worn.

Felt comfortable and safe. Convenient to I-10. The included breakfast is always nice perk Breakfast pretty much standard to low end. Only milk, not half n half, for coffee and limited food options but at least one hot food option was available and appreciated

the room has been redecorated. the desk has been removed and the cabinets look used from somewhere else.
