This Hampton Inn is currently undergoing much needed renovations. In my room there were missing receptacles, cracked tiles, stained and cracked tub, mixing valve on my shower was not working properly so I had no hot showers. Carpets were worn and nicked all up. I wont stay there again until all their renovations are completed.

We needed a quick layover between Houston and Sant Fe, NM - this place was perfect! I had my dog and 4 kids. The room was spacious and breakfast was GREAT!

This is the most pet friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. It was cat friendly which is even better. The room was clean, plenty of towels, and very comfortable beds. If I had anything to mention it would be to work on breakfast. The food was lukewarm and limited in options. The coffee pot in room didn’t work.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. The only thing is they need new pillows, they’re too flat.

Excellent amenities and nice and clean. Staff was awesome especially the young person overseeing the breakfast area. She was very helpful and has a wonderful personality to assist travelers. She deserves a raise.

Very satisfactory. Great kitchen staff. Super friendly and goes beyond the call to service the area Only disappointing thing during my stay was the infrequency of room cleaning service and amenities being replaced. Took over a day to get it serviced and not really sure the sheets were actually changed. Coffee area cups and such were not replaced at all. Bathroom might have gotten a once over, but no real cleaning done.
