Excellent customer service, amazing rooms and A/C

It was well worth what we paid to stay there!!!

In a vacuum, this is an "OK" property. For the price, though, it is "EXCELLENT!" We were comfortable. We've stayed before ... and we'll stay again.

Staff was super friendly. There was a big stain on the carpet by the bed and small roaches in the bathroom each night. But the price was right. Pool was nice.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The room was clean and spacious. Waking up to a full battery was great. Their claim of being an "Oasis in the Desert" is spot-on. I would definitely stay here again.

When I checked in, I was provided a room. It smelled like cigarettes. The front desk gaff were kind and accommodating. They quickly provided a new room to me. Unfortunately, there were a few inadequacies in the new room. The floors were dirty, and clearly had not been mopped, lots of footprints in front of the bathroom and sink area. There was a clump of hair left on the rim of the toilet. Lastly, the bed consisted of a piece of foam on a king size frame. It was literally the worst night sleep. I can recall I spent the entire night fighting the beds, desire to have me fall into the least supported part. A piece of foam is not a mattress.

Long day travelling and just needed a safe and quiet place for the night. This hotel met my needs. Staff was very friendly upon check in. After checking in I went to the room, locked the door and called it a night. Hotel was very quiet and this was definitely the lowest price I have paid for a hotel so that was fantastic and everything worked out well.

Property showed its age. Sink was clogged. Ice machine didn’t work. My side of bed had an indentation where?? amounts of people had slept. I’m

The staff is always Amazing!!! I come through atleast once a month. The pool is beautiful. Location is great, its close to Walmart and just about anything you may need.

The hot tub wasn't working. But I believe it has a lot potential. Needs a good sign with the hotel name. A fence around.

Good place to stay

We enjoyed staying here. The hotel is actually very pretty, the indoor atrium is relaxing. Staff super friendly. Clean.

Fantaaaaaaaaaaastic !!!!!

It was a good bed the floor was coming apart and the water pressure wasn’t good fridge didn’t cool and ac needed to be fixed wasn’t cold also the add says breakfast and bar well it’s not there

The room had a slight smell of urine. The floors were dirty.

The property was very nice. Clean and welcoming. The person helping me at check in was friendly and quick. He did not mention anything about breakfast in the morning and I decided not to ask at the time. The atrium where the pool and other amenities were was quite charming. The pool was nice but had a bit of algae in it and ever so slightly cloudy. It was still pleasant to swim in but it could use regular, professional pool maintenance. I was disappointed to see that the spa/hot tub was roped off and drained for whatever reason. The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The bed had a foam mattress which was pretty comfortable but made it a bit hot to sleep in. The AC unit for my room was struggling a bit to cool to room to my liking but was definitely blowing cool air. I’d consider staying here again.

The shower water is great. The pool area, fitness space was good especially traveling with athletic children. And each time I have stayed, the staff has been extremely helpful and kind. The ice machine was down and the hot tub was out of service. And the outside property needs a face lift. It doesn’t look appealing but definitely a wonderful place.
