Atrium Inn

CONS: Older looking room. The tub/shower temperature control knob was broken. Water was set to lukewarm. The plastic knob just spun in circles. (Notified front desk upon checkout.) Lots of dog poop every where, including the tiny square areas of dirt/grass in between parking and the room. OVERALL: I would stay here again if I was traveling with dogs again.

Staff was awesome.

Jacuzzi, pool, peacefulness

Beds are very uncomfortable bottom of the swimming pool was rough and the ladder. Handrail was loose we won’t stay there again.

The room we got was in very poor condition. I understand that they are renovating somewhat, but the one they assigned to us was uninhabitable and we stay for 4 hours then got back on the road. There was a strong, foul smell. The sink leaked which wet the already damp carpet. The sliding door which led out to the atrium was off of its track. Not worth the savings.

Definitely don’t go off the beautiful online pictures. Light fixtures were missing, beds were terrible, hot tub was broken and boarded up doors and windows. I know the price is cheap which definitely reflects.

The room was very spacious and clean with several nice updates. The jacuzzi was not working. Kids and parents at the pool were way too loud but the room did a nice job of minimizing the obnoxious behaviors from the pool.

Our room was clean, but plain. We needed a clean place to sleep and shower. The Atrium was great.!

No bugs in the room thats a plus, a bit outdated but overall my children enjoyed the pool. It was convenient to have the ground level room because the rooms have sliding glass doors to access the pool area. Close to Walmart and food. Staff was friendly and the sheets need updating. But overall it was affordable and no bugs, a/c worked great.

The atrium was very nice but it looked like they were updating. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet. Great deal for the price.

The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful!!! We would definitely come back if coming this way again!!

The outside is a little run down but the room was excellent. It was clean and stocked with what we needed. The bed was very comfortable and came with a variety of different gauge pillows for just about every one’s taste. It was a downstairs room. The entrance to the room was on the parking lot side but it had a sliding glass door from the bedroom to the main patio and pool area. That was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lighting went out in the bathroom. Shower faucet handle was loose and was difficult to operate. Vinyl flooring was peeling up in parts of the room and poorly installed. Smoke detector was missing. Toilet was loosely mounted to the floor.

Indoor pool, gym and sauna definitely added to my appreciation for this place. The large room with a microwave, fridge and laundry services in the atrium made our stay memorable.
