Good place to stay

We enjoyed staying here. The hotel is actually very pretty, the indoor atrium is relaxing. Staff super friendly. Clean.

It was a good bed the floor was coming apart and the water pressure wasn’t good fridge didn’t cool and ac needed to be fixed wasn’t cold also the add says breakfast and bar well it’s not there

The room had a slight smell of urine. The floors were dirty.

The property was very nice. Clean and welcoming. The person helping me at check in was friendly and quick. He did not mention anything about breakfast in the morning and I decided not to ask at the time. The atrium where the pool and other amenities were was quite charming. The pool was nice but had a bit of algae in it and ever so slightly cloudy. It was still pleasant to swim in but it could use regular, professional pool maintenance. I was disappointed to see that the spa/hot tub was roped off and drained for whatever reason. The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The bed had a foam mattress which was pretty comfortable but made it a bit hot to sleep in. The AC unit for my room was struggling a bit to cool to room to my liking but was definitely blowing cool air. I’d consider staying here again.

Polite helpful staff. AC, spacious. They allow pets. Nice area to walk pets behind the hotel.

This hotel/motel has the makings of being a great hotel. The Atrium with the pool inside is awesome, but the rooms, and other areas have not been updated for a while and it shows. The rooms we had were updated, but it looks like they went for the cheapest material and labor because they were terrible. They new flooring was bad. The bathroom fans did not have covers on them nor did they work. The shower in one room the handle didnt work, in the other room it was better. So we ended up showering in the one room. BTW I had two rooms. One for two weeks, and the other for one week. This property has so much potential, but I guess they gave up competing with the others. One of the other items I was upset about is they advertised breakfast included. There was no breakfast. That was also a selling point to this property versus some of the others. The stay wasnt terrible terrible, it just could have been so much better.

One can see how this used to be a great place. It's very old and rin down. But it's clean and front desk people were great!

They are working on updating rooms. Our bathroom door couldn't close due to toilet being too big. Toilet self flushed every 5 minutes. Carpet was old and dirty. Pool area was nice though.

And then the atrium itself. The jacuzzi is out of commission and looks like it has been for years. The pool is crumbling and you're walking on the crumbling plaster and rocks on the bottom of the pool. Paint is chipping, the wood walkways are in dire need of sanding, staining, and sealing, and the metal is rusting. I hope The Atrium gets the love, money, and attention it needs, because we'll be back in a couple years.

Needs much more updating & renovation. Bed was very hard, lacking & uncomfortable. Room amenities were way below expectations unfortunately.

For the price this was an excellent stay!
