The location and the property are great, but for rooms costing over $300 per night, I expected better maintenance. The curtains were dirty and damaged, and the bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been when we arrived. The food was good, but the waitstaff could use more support, especially around the pool area, where service was slow at times. That said, we really enjoyed the amenities and the convenience of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there is definitely room for improvement in the upkeep of the rooms and service.

The view was great and the courtyard was beautiful.
-
Everything was perfect.
-
Gulf view overlooking the pier was everything.

Love the accessibility to the pool bar from the beach. The rooms were very nice, great garden view. The $25 a day food allowance was not explained to us and so paid for breakfast then was told after we paid we could have charged it to our room and it would have been covered. So the second day we didn’t even bother with breakfast so that was pretty annoying.

We love the location of the hotel and all that it offers to families. Our air didn't work good in our room but besides that it was great!!

Really nice place just not enough staff maybe some things took a bit to get

Every employee I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted. The chef came to our table and asked if everything was good. The breakfast is amazing and always fresh. The food at the Upper Deck was wonderful. We ate on property because it was so good and the employees are so wonderful. The beach is clean and not crowded. Highly recommend for location, facilities and the attention to detail from the staff. Not one thing.

Location and breakfast was wonderful. Being on the first floor. Location of the room balcony view is block and not the best for short children. Also looking at the roof was not a good view based on what I thought I was paying for.

Our room was never serviced. We had to wash our own towels.

We booked, chose pay at the property. We showed up and were told they ran our card and it was declined. So they gave up our room. The place was fully booked. We drove 7.5 hours to be there. No phone call or email though they stated they emailed. I had emails from them, but not about our room. When we arrived we weren’t told about any of this. We found out when we went to see our room and the 3 of us had moved from the Double queen deluxe balcony view we booked to a courtyard one bed no view room. When we went back to tell them they said they have no obligation to guarantee 3rd party bookings. This was never said to us. We never would spend that kind of money to not be guaranteed the room we wanted and needed. BTW they ran our card there with no issues. As it was the card we intended to use when we chose pay at property. They made it clear they don’t like or cater to 3rd party bookings. Then they shouldn’t contract with them. Hotels . Com were very kind in trying to help, but unfortunately there isn’t much that can be done when there are no rooms available. We were told our room will be refunded. That’s yet to be seen. It only shows pending. So hopefully it releases tonight. Their front desk young lady was kind. The supervisor told us she’s refund us then backtracked and said she never said that. Then they said since it was only a hold it would refund. We were there for over two hours trying to figure things out before driving another hour to PCB for a room at Holiday Inn Exp.

It was an amazing property to stay. The room was very clean, and a minute's walk to the beach. The cafe in the hotel is amazing.

Clean, friendly

Very middle class resort feel, loved all the food and onsite things to do, the 2 pools and hot tub. The outdoor space is done beautifully. Quick access to the beach with 3 showers to wash off after. Wasn't told about the $200 deposit up front. I was just coldly directed to enter my card- explanation was offered after the fact. Traffic due to ongoing major construction

-

-
The staff was really friendly and allowed us to check in early. We got a beachfront room and were pleasantly surprised with the view. Overall , excellent!
-
Close to beach and attractions Outdated no elevator

There was watered down soap, no hair dryer and housekeeping never cleaned the room once. The place is also not up to expectations for what was paid and for being a Marriott. It was a major disappointment.
